  1. I have been trying to reach Ellison to complain of the dreadful service, which effected not only us, but others who were going to work on the product we bought. The dreadful service, or rather lack of service we received was astounding, I have never been spoken to, the way I was, the only person who was professional was a young lady Erin. I want to be contacted, I was promised an email cancelling my order, never came. I have advised my sons, the whole family, friends etc. never to do business with Lowes. When Mr Ellison calls, then I will enlighten him on the whole sorry episode

  2. My husband goes to Lowes nearly every day, our son sends him gift certificates which he uses as soon as he receives them. Unfortunately we have been terribly disappointed in the service of late. On 4/03/2020 we ordered sod to be delivered on 4/10/2020 we had a man and his helper hired to lay the sod, the sod never arrived, no call, so I called and was told we don’t have it, you will receive the sod on 04/21/2020. I was astounded, and was told by a manager Bob “We are in a pandemic” I was amazed, and said “You are telling me, who went through WW11 in England” of course no answerer to that, plus no resolution. Today I called Lowes spoke to a manager Erin, she was very nice, I cancelled the sod, and was promised an e mail to that effect. No email and I cant find, and no one will provide me with Mr Ellison address. I have informed my family friends, my husband and his friends, forthwith there will be contact with Lowes< I taught customer service and worked for very big companies, I have never known such dreadful service in my life.

  3. Marvin Ellison,

Sir, I just wanted to let you know that I have tried extremely hard to find your email address. I wanted to complain to corporate headquarters concerning my recent experience at Lowes in Spring Hill, Fl. I am a military veteran with a lowe’s military ID. I frequent lowe’s to purchase many items. I recently tried to purchase a sale item and was denied my military discount. The item was on sale and I was advised that a new policy was introduced preventing military discount on sale items. I was disappointed and after placing an order, I decided to go to HomeDepot and see if they would honor my military discount on sale items. Consequently, they honored my 10% discount and I cancelled my order at lowe’s and purchased the same item at homedepot with a 10% discount. I believe that lowe’s will lose business by what corporate has decided to do with this military discount. I just wanted to let you know what you competition is doing. Thank you for listing to my issue. Henry Kilty email: [email protected]

  4. I purchased 4 Interior doors on line on January 20,2020. I received an email stating that the doors were in, I even called to make sure all 4 doors were in and the person stated yes all 4 are ready for pickup. Hired someone to pick the doors up for me on the 25th. Arrived to the store and spent 2 hours looking for the doors only to find out that they were not in. Spoke to 1 of the managers and they apologized and said they would deliver the doors for free. Great, not so. Received a call on Jan. 26th stating doors will be in on the 30th and they will deliver them. Did not hear anything so I called only to find out doors are still not in will arrive on Feb. 13th. Received a call on 2/10/2020 that all 4 doors were in, I need to pick them up. Long story short doors not in as the caller from the store stated. Now the arrival date changed from Feb 13th to Feb 15th. I am still waiting my suggestion was that they should deliver and install. This is above all the worst store in Orangeburg, SC and they lie. Spend your money with poor assistance and customer service. I need to be given a discount on the doors or something. THIS IS AWFUL!!!!!

  5. Have been buying from Lowe’s for over 40 years. Have spent a lot of money over the years because of the way they have treated veterans. Always bought from Lowe’s over Home Depot because no matter what items you bought either regular price or on sale you always got the 10 percent discount. Now if the items marked down or on sale you no longer receive the 10 percent discount. The new CEO of Lowe’s has changed the rules and guess who he uses to work for not other than Home Depot. Need all of our veterans to let him know how we feel..

  6. VERY VERY DISSAFIDE EITH SERVICE ON DELIVERE IF YOU MORE information you can call me at xxx xxx xxxx mark hiestand

  8. It has been 17 days since our LG fridge has went out and we still do not have this issue taken care of. They promised a call and everyday nothing. We have to spend at least half an hour a day trying to get this worked out because Lowes can’t be bothered to even give a status update. All we ever hear is three to five days. How many more of these excuses before something is done? A manager finally decided to call after the mention of legal action, and what was her reply? 3-5 days!

  9. I just want you to know, you are not along, dealing either at the phone with people not well educated and sound like narcist. I send Mr. Ellison an e-mail also to customer service due I am in Spain, and they all are rude and not have any knowledge at all. Sa a veteran I say to them SHAME to you Mr. Ellison.

  10. Hello I had an incident with an installation with Lowe’s back in February of 2018. Severe water damage was caused by faulty installation of a washing machine on the second floor of my house. I was more than patient and compliant with all the inmormation to get this matter settled. After 6 months of multiple calls to xpo logistics and the store manager I finally received payment for damages only becuase I contacted corporate and was going to take legal action. I have never been more disappointed with a company. Then to make matters worse I went back to Lowe’s (which was a big mistake) to purchase new materials to fix the damage and was not helped by any employees that were too busy to take a few minutes to help. Therefor I am wiping my hands clean with this company and will no longer be giving my business to them.
