Before he founded Urban Ladder, Ashish worked with different corporate houses and companies in his career. From 2008 to 2012, he served as COO at his friend Samir Patil’s company Amar Chitra Katha. From May 2011 to December 2011, he was MD of India Book House. Before that, he worked at McKinsey & Company as Engagement Manager for four years. In 2003, he got his first job at Procter & Gamble as Summer Intern.
The Urban Ladder CEO, has done his schooling from DPS-Ghaziabad (1990-1996). From there, he went to IIT-BHU, Varanasi in 1996 and then to IIT-Bombay in 1997 for Dual Degree in Electrical Engineering. He has also done postgraduate program in Management from IIT-Bangalore (from 2002 to 2004).
