  1. Please advise how I might get customer service for a situation that has been ongoing for almost three weeks now. I have a large appliance in my shopping cart with Lowe’s and am waiting for the Military Discount (which SheerID has confirmed) to be deducted before I pay. MyLo sends me to SheerID, and SheerID sends me back to MyLo, etc. I went to the store after failing online and was told by two associates that they could not help me. I witnessed a cashier knock on a private door and after discussing my situation, came back to say that I would have to go online to settle the matter. I just need a code number for the discount so that I can place the order which is waiting for it. I’m ready to give up now, but would appreciate some accountability some someone, anyone! I hope someone reads this. Thank you.

  2. I myself trying to get Marvin Ellis email, with no luck, like he doesn’t want to be contacted.
I have a complaint of people violating our Constitution and company policy.
It says it is a Christian base company but has shown no sign of it.
If anyone finds it email me at [email protected].

  3. Lowes Store on Caroline Street, Edgewood Atlanta GA – DREADFUL, INCOMPETENT, LACK OF MANAGEMENT, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE DELIVERY, AGREE WITH ALL COMMENTS ABOVE! Have experienced them all over the past year.
Do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot or any other store, you’ll thank me later. It is utter chaos in that store, total lack of competent management is incomprehensible. No one seems to know what they are doing and management does NOT care. They are unable to look at any situation without following ‘the script’ and that is if they are even looking at you when you are talking to them. Unfortunately this is not an isolated incident, every time I set foot on that store I leave frustrated. So NO MOORE! Have tried to reach Mr. Ellison or any one that would talk to me at corporate, but have had zero success. You’ve lost a customer and hopefully I will be able to get my message across to many to also avoid your store. In my experience these situations are perpetuated when there is lack of leadership and accountability at the TOP!

  4. Bolingbrook Store
The employees was so rude hung up the phone on me. I called back multiple times no answer. Finally I decided to call from my son phone and guess x what they answered. I was on hold so long I drove 50 minutes to the store still being on HOLD. The store was not busy at all Manager called me back as I took my phone and called customer care to make compliant. I told him I was in the store. He than came to meet me at the front.

    1. with my dealing there you probably caught them in breakroom, I know in Corinth, Ms if they put a lock on the breakroom they might get some work out of them.

  5. Martinsburg WV store Took 10 k from me in March for a fence. The Saleseman Danielle Russell said it would be about 3 weeks. 6 weeks later I knew the fencing was in but they said the earliest would be June 16th. I’ve had a horse arrive since but still no Fence. I made Daniell Russell aware before he took the money I could only wait so long bc of the horse & security reasons. He took the paper work home and altered it filling in dates in April & June then a couple weeks later sent it back. He did forget to his concurrence is fill in the blank where the Contractors ID goes. Probably hiring cheaper undocumented contractors so his cut is bigger. The Store management Rich & Penny lies to me. The boss of Danielle Hannah won’t answer the phone won’t return calls, her side kicks Angela Lyons & Keisha Jones lies to me. It’s no wonder Danielle Russell Lied & Altered documents their is no accountability in Lowe’s all the way up. I will file a lawsuit if I’m not refunded within 24 hrs. If I have to do that they’ll pay my legal fees.

    1. In a time when ppl. Need jobs I would think they would understand theirs plenty of ppl. willing to do the jobs with honesty & integrity.

  6. I may not see your big picture, but I do know that what I see is That the products you are selling That are made in China, Will not be purchased by me. I’m an electrician and the store (Mt. Sterling, Ky. Lowes) that I buy my supplies from, The people are great there. They really care about the customer.
Do us (American People) a favor and get rid of China made product. I want to buy USA !!!

  7. In December last year, we purchased a kitchen suite in the titanium black, along with a washer, dryer to finish the package. All were special orders. Due to the local handyman situation, (They were not dependable), we had to push our order delivery out twice. The front porch was rotting and needed fixing for delivery to happen.
At last in the end of March we called for delivery. We had our washer dryer delivered because they went into the garage. The day of delivery arrived and geez, we only got the microwave and dishwasher. We were told the other items were probably on another invoice.
Called the store and the delivery person was so incompetent, she couldn’t find out order. It seems that though we changed the number it didn’t go through. This was the third time! Finally called appliance and was told the range and fridge would arrive the next week. Yay!
They didn’t, only the range arrived. Called again and found out our special order fridge that we paid for was given to someone else! A new order needed to be generated.
Highly upset, I called the manager of the store who pointed out that the delivery was put off twice and sometimes that happens. Like we were the ones at fault. His name was Ramon Gonzales. The store was the Lincoln Lowe’s. He apologized, after blaming us? He said that was all they could do. As far as I know a special order is only yours, not to be given to another! For NO reason. I was very angry and told Mr. Ramon, he just lost us as customers. We will never stop at Lowe’s period!
To add insult to injury, we were called last night to inform us our fridge would be delivered today. It would arrive between 10 am and 2 pm. We waited for the delivery to call. In anticipation we emptied the fridge at 1 pm. At last 3, we called the delivery, only to be told they had cancelled the order! No call to us though. Called again and was told we had to wait till Monday perhaps. May be longer.
I don’t know how they expect to keep their customers doing this kind of low level customer service.
You see, I worked at Lowe’s in Maui, and this isn’t how we dealt with customers. We would offer to give an upgrade or give 15% off. Never, make the customer feel it was their fault, unless it absolutely was!
I felt down hearted to think the store I worked with and loved would be this bad. I really, truly don’t want to go back. We live so far away in the first place, but for sentimental reasons bought our products there. I must say I have had better customer service from Home Depot, which is just down the street. Will shop there, this moment forward.
    So very sad!

  8. There are lots of complaints here, but the most important is that Lowes in Cape Coral Florida, on N. Pine Island Road is not sanitizing and providing sanitizing at the front doors for the customers. Maybe they don’t think this covid 19 is serious, but they will find out if they close the store due to infections that are acquired.
Assistant store manager at that location “Dusty” said he couldn’t talk to me and that they were adhering to sanitation procedures. Clearly they are not.
I guess their “new Normal” is to ignore this crisis. Close them down, that will get their attention.
Next call is to the Florida Health Department, maybe a visit will help.
