  1. Hi Mr Collard

l hope you are safe and well today, as l am here thankfully.

    I bought 4 x feather and down pillows – £133.17 – total cost – on January 19th 2023.

There is a fault with all 4 pillows as the feathers inside are all coming loose and protruding into the pillow cases, including protector cases, and this is causing my partner and I discomfort at night whilst sleeping.

l phoned the Customer Services Team in Blackburn this afternoon @14:36/14:56 and spoke to Saif /Advisor, and he told me there was nothing he could do, as the warranty only covers the first 14 days of purchase. l asked if l could get 4 replacement pillows, not a refund of £133.17, but once again, he wasn’t able to proceed with my request, much to my bitter disappointment.

l clearly belive this product is a fault design and it should be investigated further by the manufacturers as a matter of urgency, as l would not wish this problem on any future prospective customer who might buy this faulty product.

l have already contacted you back in December 2022 last year , regarding an unforseen delay in order number 330283059, and you very kindly managed to resolve the issue at that time to a satisfactory end, and I’m hoping you can reciprocate the problem this time too, after all it’s very important that you “keep the customer satisfied”, as l like to think that I’ve been a very loyal customer to Benson for Beds over the years and will continue to be so.

I would appreciate it greatly, if you could investigate this issue, as soon as is conveniently possible for you to do so, and contact me in the interim period. Please find my customer order number enclosed for your reference.

With thanks in anticipation of your assistance in this matter.

    Kind regards

    Mr Paul Lonergan (Customer)
