Great store in rolling meadows il. Deli is not stocked well. Great service. The pharmacy is the best. Probably due to Rick Keyes background. Very clean.
I have shopped at the Fort Wayne – west store since they opened. Over the past 4 years, their service is in deep decline. The produce isn’t as good as it used to be either. Most disturbing is the attitude of their employees. There are very few smiles and you won’t find anyone offering to assist you during your visit to the stores. Recently, someone had the bright idea to remove most of the items away from the deli and put them in packaged containers. You will no longer be able to select a container size for their chicken salad or broccoli salad from the deli. Kroger is 3 miles closer to my home and will become my new store. If Rick Keyes isn’t aware of what is going on in his stores…they are in trouble. Lastly, any of the youthful employees who work the lines of people at Chick-fil-a would run circles around 90 percent of the team members at Meijer. They went from my favorite store to shop for groceries, pharmacy items and the garden shop to last place in a very short period of time.
Pretty bad when when you drive 18 miles to shop at Meijers and drive home and notice hostess cupcakes are 6 days out of date!!!!!
