  1. Verizon Customer service is useless, they have no clue how to deal with anything.
    Can’t get a supervisor and Verizon changes how to contact anyone with any since.
    If you would listen to what you all record, I told eveyrone you all screw things up every time I deal with you all. They say I can fix it sir, well they haven’t fixed crap. I want to be contacted to fix my account or I’m taking you all to court.

  2. I have been talking with them 3 times a week for 2-3 hours a day for 500 days. Never to an English-speaking rep. We have been to store, and they can’t help they just call the same 1800 and they all say the same thing. You are right, but it never gets fix. IT started with us never rec’d the import fees 200×5 this been a year plus of calling. Phones never work out 7 lines – – Not able to get calls. place calls get directions and it just skip from phone to phone. My children all over at college and their phones doesn’t work. My husband phone sim cards go out for days at time and he is a businessman traveling. So, they asked us to send 2 of the phones back for a new phone. It was starch on the back of his phone and the claim when they got which they couldn’t find the phones for weeks even though this was with their tracking number they charge 2900. They find phone and adjust the price but not to correct amount. Then claim that they will charge us 400 for one phone because it is a chip on the bottom right-hand corner which is a lie. Now our bill is 1200 instore or online cannot explain where this amount came from. This is single handedly the worst decision i have ever made in my life.

  3. Verizon has falsely charged me for a damage phone. I have returned the phone in Feb and UPS says that it is damaged. HOW? I handed in the package intact. I have been calling for 3 months now and they will not give me proof of damages. Please respond with help.

  4. I have false charges – money from my bank account given to you and your company without blessing or will.

    That is not okay.

    The fraud dept. says there is nothing that they can do if it isn’t connected to my phone acct.

    Are you kidding me?

    Isn’t that the definition of fraud?

    I learned today that you are for “Defunding the Police” and all of this “WOKE” stuff, so you will not get anymore of my money!

  6. I went to authorized Verizon locations to find a protective cover for my Moto Z3 phone. It was suggested to go to a corporate store, after looking it up on my computer, I called the store nearest to me and a recording said they were open on Sunday. When I arrived, the sign on the door said it was closed. The next day I called the same number thinking I was talking to someone from that store, after being on the phone for about 30 minutes and giving the person on the other end my pin, I asked if they had the cover she said she wasn’t from that store and couldn’t contact the store to find out. Common sense isn’t working at Verizon.
