  1. Verizon has falsely charged me for a damage phone. I have returned the phone in Feb and UPS says that it is damaged. HOW? I handed in the package intact. I have been calling for 3 months now and they will not give me proof of damages. Please respond with help.

  2. I have false charges – money from my bank account given to you and your company without blessing or will.

    That is not okay.

The fraud dept. says there is nothing that they can do if it isn’t connected to my phone acct.

    Are you kidding me?

Isn’t that the definition of fraud?

Your company is lacking in the ability to protect the customers.

    Please help.
    Please help now.

    Thank you.

    The amount is around $5oo.00.

It may not seem like much but I am a single mother and I have only a flip phone for which I buy a phone card at Walmart every month for $35.

    These aren’t my phone charges.

Thank you for your assistance as your people below you don’t have a clue as to what to do and say they can do nothing.

  3. I have been a customer of Verizon for 25+ years but as of today, I will be looking for another carrier.
I learned today that you are for “Defunding the Police” and all of this “WOKE” stuff, so you will not get anymore of my money!

  4. I went to authorized Verizon locations to find a protective cover for my Moto Z3 phone. It was suggested to go to a corporate store, after looking it up on my computer, I called the store nearest to me and a recording said they were open on Sunday. When I arrived, the sign on the door said it was closed. The next day I called the same number thinking I was talking to someone from that store, after being on the phone for about 30 minutes and giving the person on the other end my pin, I asked if they had the cover she said she wasn’t from that store and couldn’t contact the store to find out. Common sense isn’t working at Verizon.
