  1. Dear Mr. Vestberg, On January 8, 2021 I bought a NEW Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G 128 GB cell phone from Verizon and switched my cell phone carrier to Verizon on the same day. The camera stopped working March 22, 2021. It was not damaged. I spoke to 4 Verizon employees regarding a replacement. All were informed that the phone was not lost, damaged or stolen. No employee ever mentioned that I had to file a claim with Assurion. The last customer service representative I spoke with assured me that my replacement would not be reconditioned/refurbished. On 3/29/2021 I received a replacement that had NO S Pen. Apparently this phone was not new. Today I visited the Verizon store in New Castle, Delaware to exchange the phone, and an employee who was quite rude and unprofessional stated he could not exchange the phone and I had to file a claim with Assurian. I bought a new phone that has malfunctioned, and would like to receive a new from the factory replacement. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

  2. Dear Hans Vestberg, This is a grievance letter and I heard that you nor any of your customer service employee even bothered to address your customers problem. But either or, here it is: I signed up for Verizon phone last year Sept. 25, 2019. I found a better deal the following day (Sept. 26, 2019) I immediately went back to your store in Stoneway, Seattle Wa. and hand the telephone, (still in the box) to an associates. He said he will take care of it. I thought that was it. But wrong. The following month, I received a bill for $61.42. I called up the billing dept. she said not to worry, she will void the bill. But it did not end there. Every month I keep receiving a bill from all over the US, 1 from Seattle Wa. next month from Texas, the other month from another state. This very annoying and I think I am being harrassed. I am now asking you to make your billing all over to make them stop, as I do not owe Verizon anything.

  3. Mr Hans Vestberg , I spent from 5:46pm to 7:47pm tonite, 9.15.20 on the phone trying to get a replacement phone under the warranty. The Iphone the auricular/speaker is not working. The phone is only 8 mths old. I had tech support Tier 1 and 2, help, then sent to the Protection plan section, who had me on hold for over 30 minutes, to then switch me back to Vzn Customer Service-to start all over. This is very poor customer service, how in the hell, to get the process for a replacement phone takes 2 hours. I am very pissed right now, would you wait 2 hours? Please, review the protocol on warranties and short the claim process. It is very timely and frustruating…

  4. Mr Vestberg,
The store at 8049 Preston Road, Frisco Tx 75034 (469-777-3424) provided me with poor customer service. I lost my cell phone today which is covered under Asurion insurance. I went to the store to report that my phone was lost so that it could be deactivated in addition to requesting a new one. I was met at the door by one of the associates with his mask not covering his entire face. I initially thought he was opening the door for me to enter but he stepped out and blocked the door. I asked if I could enter, after all it’s 95 degrees with the sun beaming on us, he said NO (RUDE). How may I help you? I explained to him that I lost my cellphone and needed a one. He allowed me to enter the store at that time. He informed me that I couldn’t browse and asked if I chosen a replacement phone. I told him that I would be getting the same kind. He looked up my account information and said well you have Asurion. I said yes. Well he’s a pamphlet with their number call them. I explained to the young man that I didn’t have a phone. He said well ask a friend to use theirs. (Surprised by that response). Typically, Verizon provides better customer service than this. Verizon had plenty of telephones in which I or the salesperson could have contacted Asurion via speakerphone so that I could get a new phone. There was only 1 customer in the store being helped. Four employees seating in a corner talking together. What is going on with your company. The pandemic is no excuse because I am a critical care nurse that take care of Covid-19 patients and we still provide exceptional customer service, so what is Verizon problem??? I’m disappointed. If I continue to get poor customer service then I will return back to Sprint whom I left after 23 years due to poor customer service.

  5. I have real issues. My internet is not working correctly. My WiFi thermostat has not been working for a couple of months and my printer has not been working for over a month. Also, my hone phone has not worked in several months nor has a TV in one of my rooms. I know it is COVID-19, but speaking to someone is extremely difficult and frustrating.

Quit automatically resetting my router and FIOS box. I need an in-home appointment

  6. I have tried 4 times to sign up for your internet but can’t do it. I tried to write you an email and they wouldn’t post it. Why advertise if you can’t sell your product?

  7. I tried to sign up recently 4 times with Verizon internet with no success. Why advertise if you are not going to sell the product? The first and second time I chatted on line with Verizon I was disconnected. I asked the second person in the chat room to call me if we got disconnected but he didn’t. Then I called the company and asked them to call me. They didn’t. The fourth time I chatted with them on line. The girl I spoke to said that there was something wrong with my credit from a previous chat. She should have told me what it was because there should be no problem. I have excellent credit but because of this she wanted me to fax a copy of my SS number which I did not want to do. Then she said to fax my license. I told her I don’t have a fax machine at home. The library is closed. She told me to go to a bank and have them fax it. There must be some other way to do business with your company. Your company doesn’t make easy to sign up for the internet. I thought you should know that all your advertising is a waste of money if a customer can’t sign up for your product.

  8. I started with Chesapeake and Potomac Telephone Company in 1971, bought by Bell Atlantic and later becoming Verizon. If it wasn’t for Chesapeake and Potomac Telephone Companies there would be no VERIZON today. I retired in 2002 with 33 years and some and I am really upset that Verizon would allow Wells Fargo to handle Retiree’s accounts or to interact with Wells Fargo at all. I contacted you Mr. Hans Vestberg with my concerns about this a month a so ago and I haven’t heard from you like I see others have contacted you and you haven’t gotten back with them. I do not like the fact that Wells Fargo is handling Verizon Retirees account!!

  9. To whom it may concern
I upgraded my phone I think it was back in march but it could have been before that. The Samsung J7 is hands down the worse phone I have ever had, I thought the Moto Z I had before was bad, but this one is worse, they just keep sending worse phone, unless your people are just sending me the worse phone they can find.
In March, I have had nothing but problems since I received my upgrade, every time I called the tech, they acted like they were going to help then mysteriously hung up on me after me being on the phone for over an hours at a time. The last person I talked to about a week and a half ago send finally me a replacement phone I called got it all set up and today tried to take selfies to update my profile and they came out gray, half gray and with streaks through them.
I am so tired of dealing with incompetent people when I call, they make me do a factory reset or go through all my setting.
I need this new phone I just got replaced but I keep getting the run around. I want a phone that works because that is what I am paying for.
I am going to be looking for a new carrier, on top of that I am going to go on the top 15 social media site and let everyone know what crappy service and equipment Verizon has and tell them not to waste their hard earned money on Verizon. I am paying almost 300.00 a month for crap service.
Does anyone on here know the CEO of Verizon, the president, vice president or CFO’s email address?
I am not getting anywhere with their incompetent employees that can’t even speak English and they sound like they are in foreign countries.

  10. Mr. Vestberg, I have a grievance with Verizon that is not being addressed. I have talked with 6 Verizon employees (2 of which I could hardly understand) There has been a restriction for auto pay put on my account. It’s a fairly long story, and I would appreciate a call from someone who can fix this. Customer service, the billing dept and financial services have not been able to help me. I would appreciate a call from someone WHO can help. my phone # is xxx-xxx-xxxx I am a new customer since Aug 11, 2019

    1. Mrs. Wilcox

I doubt, Mr. Vestberg will return your correspondence. I have been dealing with his incompetent employees since Last year. They just offer this posting to appease us to pretend they are doing some or they care, which they do neither care or do anything.
