  1. I shop regular at the Circle Publix’s in Hollywood FL. There are two elec plugs for customers to use to charge their cars as they shop. One has not worked in over a year and now the second one is being used by Circuit, a taxi service in the downtown of Hollywood. I’ve talked to the manager and get the run- around. Can you help? If it’s for customers, why can’t the broken charger be fixed and Circuit charge at their own station?

  2. Why are all of you commenting on this post as if the CEO of Publix is going to read it and respond. He did not post this nor has he probably ever seen or will see this page. Send an email with your complaint like the rest of society.

  3. This message is for Mr. Todd Jones.

My name is Randy Haizlip and I work at the sea food counter is store #544 in Tucker, Ga. And I am 65 and would personally like you to come to my store and talk with me as I have many issues that I would like to discuss.

And A good friend of mine told me that it would never happen. But I would bet if Mr. George Jenkins were still alive, it just might. And if you are reading this please E-mail me at: xxxxxxxxx@xxxxx .xxx.

And I wouldn’t want this to be advertised and turned into a big “dog and pony show”. If you want to hear the view points of a guy that is 65 and want my ideas of really having Publix be the Premier supermarket, than you will e-mail me.

You just e-mail me and ask what days I am working and then “just show up” (by yourself).

And if you do, then I will buy you pizza from the Pappa Johns just across from our parking lot.

Publix has the potential to be a great store, but not not the way that you are running it now.

And if you: “Todd Jones” are actually reading this and you e-mail me and we get “a date” then you can visit my store and walk thru it and talk to the people. But not as the CEO, but as a regular customer and the greatest “Mystery shopper” ever.

And I am not going to “slam you” in this e-mail…just going to tell you that it must be great in sitting in the “high chair” and imagining that everthing is wonderful when it just isn’t.

And with all my total respect and trust to you..I hope that you would e-mail me and then come for a visit to my store and talk with me.

    Randy

  4. Good Morning, I live on Treasure island, I shop in the Treasure Island store 5 days a week, it is 2 minutes from my home. This morning at 7:15am I went into the store for the first time since the mask mandate, I have an exemption based on severe PTSD. I asked to speak to the manager because I did not know how I would be treated based on my exemption. The customer service person went on the PA and asked for “Andrew” A man approached me and started the conversation by saying “you want me”, I noticed when he approached me he had an obvious “attitude”, he was wearing it. I simply asked him if Publix acknowledged mask exemptions and because Publix is a high quality company I suspected they were educated about mask exemptions. Because at this time, not wearing a mask I get treated like a criminal. I also have to carry the Pinellas County Mask Mandate code with me. Andrew went into this condescending, rude and offensive personal attack on me because I was carrying the document. He stated “I don’t need to be educated, you are wanting to start a conflict” what he basically said without verbalizing it was, you are now welcome in my store. Here is what Andrew missed, customer service. At no point did he introduce himself, at no point did he say, “Thank you for shopping in Publix 5 days a week” Thank You for being a loyal Publix Customer. He treated me like garbage. I have been in leadership my entire life, I managed up to 2000 people, I own 2 companies. If Andrew had worked for me, and I was notified he treated a customer like he treated me, he would have been instantly terminated. Please feel free to google me “Gary King” to see who I’am as a person, I’m a speaker and Author. I will never walk into the Treasure Island Publix again. Andrew actually caused me to have a PTSD attack, but Andrew did not care, that was crystal clear. Upon leaving Treasure Island, I went to the South Pasadena Publix, where I was treated exactly the opposite way, the customer service was exceptional, the employees were beyond understanding related to my PTSD. There is only one business on planet earth, “Customer Service”, Andrew is clearly in the “Food Sales Business”, Great Regards Gary King 727

    In Addition:
After the fact, it was clear to me that Andrew has no people skills due to his ongoing arrogance, and worse, I suspected he had no management skills either. So, in the last 24 hours I have spoken to numerous employees of the Treasure Island Publix location to find out that he treats employees the same way he treated me. I was also told that the employees do not like him at all, and much worse, the employees are “afraid” of him. Induced fear is a terrible way to attempt to manage people, it shows a complete lack of self worth, empathy , kindness and massive personal insecurities. Andrew is a master of “Gas Lighting”
Bottom line, the employees fear losing their jobs if they speak out.
Yes, my background is psychology and human behavior .

  5. This explains why PUBLIX no longer likes it’s customers… I started having serious problems about the time this new president came in… I have been a customer for 45 years. The last 2 years have been horrendous, Bullies and LIARS as managers (this I can Prove)… They refuse to treat customers like decent humans, they start conversations very rudely. Last year 85% of my groceries were purchased at publix, currently we were down to 25%, after yesterday we will not shop at publix any longer… The management teams for the most part are liars, thugs, bullies. Please check out my face book posts. The regional manager told me the lying old manager was so bad at his job that he was made a store manager because he was rude and made appointments with customers and not keeping them. I asked him if being LOUSY at your job was reason to make you a store manager???? As you can guess he did not answer.. Lets recap… IF YOU REALLY SUCK at your job PUBLIX will make you a store manager (told to me by the current regional manager).

    1. Your perception concerning bullying isn’t surprising. Being a bully will get you promoted into the upper ranks of Publix. Todd Jones is well-aware that two of his direct reports – SVPs – are bullies that take pride in intimidating and disrespecting Publix associates. Jones tolerates bullying because it is a part of the Publix culture. Until Jones reigns-in or removes his bullies from their exalted positions, they will continue to desecrate or even destroy the legacy of Mr. George.

  6. To Todd Jones
Why Mr. Jones all the food handlers are working without masks. You don’t want to spread panic but you are endangering all of us. Shame…..if you do not act immediately.
Is it profits, greed or ignorance.
Where is your responsible and humanitarian response to a pandemic.

  7. Oh one more…we are under payed…the stimulus check that trump signed today gives $1200 upon the gross…publix needs to start giving back the inventory check….us long time associates are still busting our butt but we see that our company has gained a lot in revenue….Thank you, Leigh Callan/store 1309

  8. Hello..I’m an associate of store 1309..Leigh Callan…Covid 19 needs to be physically educated now…no touch, 6 feet in distance…As an 55 yr old I have never been through this but we are all educators…Todd please enforce the no touch, 6 feet in distance…Thank you, Leigh
