  1. Is it normal to discriminate against someone that wants to shop barefoot?
Where is the information to contact Corporate with a complaint about how I was treated a while back at store 3438 in Spokane Wa.
I have a senior with a disability and for Spiritual beliefs, I normally walk barefoot. Please check the law concerning this.

A while back I walked into this place barefoot to help a lady out that needed a few things.
A few feet into the store a manger lady started yelling at me that I could not be in there without shoes. At the same time she was yelling at me, she was yelling to one of the cashiers to call the cops if I did not leave immediately.
It was embarrassing and I did not argue and waited outside.
The day this happened, I did put in a complaint to Dollar Tree but was never contacted back.
This happened at Store 3438 Spokane Wa.
It would be nice to hear back , if you have time.

  2. The dollar stores in Idaho falls are a joke ! They are disgusting you should be ashamed of yourself ! The health dept needs to go and see how dirty the place is plus you have to stand in line for over a hour ! You need to start paying more so people might want to work there ! If you can’t afford checkers then put in self check out ! You better do something if you want people to shop at these stores !

  3. Mr Michael Witynski, three weeks ago i was in store 7317. my purchase was a tax exempt purchase. The cashier made an big error. now going on three weeks , i am still waiting for a resolution. Customer service is close to to awful/terrible . May i please get a resolution?

  4. My name is Ms.Griggs and I am extremely disappointed in the experience I recently had today with one of your store locations in Brooklyn NY at 130 New Lots Avenue. The line was EXTREMELY long. It started from the front of the store and ended all the way to the back of the store. I waited on line for almost an hour. 54 minutes to be exact in counting. Not only was the wait on the line long, there was only 1 cashier who was working. There wasn’t any other employee who was working today. There was 1 cashier and 1 guard who was working at the door. As I waited on the line, I saw several customers who were so frustrated that they walked off the line. The other frustrated customers stayed. I must say, The cashiers name was Tracy and she was very pleasant. She seemed to have been doing the best that she could. She kept calm and smiled with every customer. She was very helpful and knowledgeable on the merchandise that was available. She was able to direct me to what I needed. I am extremely disappointed because in the middle of a pandemic, this woman who was a cashier didn’t have any help. How is it that there was only 1 cashier available. I can’t believe how a manager could schedule 1 employee to work during the holiday season where it is extremely the most busy without any help at all!!!!! This is unacceptable. I need answers.

  6. Gary Philbin
    CEO
    Dollar Tree, Inc.
Mr. Philbin, I would like to address an issue at the Dollar Tree in Fairfield, Al. I was under the impression that individuals should be so many feet from each other in the check-out line. On Sunday March 29th the line was so crowded, I could hardly put all of my items on the counter because other customers were at my elbow. The manager was the cashier and never said anything or enforced any of the Coronavirus issues. Please address this issue before it gets too far out of hand! Thank you

  7. Please inform company that the store on Lamar Ave. in Memphis TN never allows customers to use the restroom. They always say that it is out of order.

  8. Please let Mr. Philbin know about the awful condition of the Family Dollar store located in Sanford,Florida located at 413 E. 1st street. I’ve lived in Sanford about three years and I don’t believe that the store front has been cleaned in all that time. It has very dirty windows and everything on the front is dirty. A real eye sore. If Mr. Philbin should see it, he would be very disturbed. Anyway, thanks for reading my message and I hope something will happen towards it being cleaned up soon.
