  1. Worst service I have every had. I ordered a recliner which cost me around $1100.00. The chair failed. Your support people told me the would replace the lower part of the recliner. It has never happened. I ask they send a repair person to fix the chair. Never happened I ask to return the chair they insisted they would send me the lower part of the chair. Never happened on my 4th or 5th call I asked for a total refund and you that the chair back. I told your rep. I wanted my credit card to be credited within 30 days or a new chair. If not I will contest the charge as fraud on your company behalf.

  2. 3 weeks ago I ordered 3 pendant lights that were shown on your website as the Bensenville 1 model at a price of $79.99 each. Over the past 3 weeks I have received 2 separate incorrect deliveries of pendant lights. I have spoken to at least 8 different individuals over 5 separate phone calls (you can verify those facts internally if you so desire). I did some investigating on my own and found that Wayfair had mislabeled the picture on its website and the lights advertised as the Bensenville 1 model on your website are really the Oakridge 1 model whose price is $159.99 and 105.99 around 8 days ago. I apparently spoke to the senior manager in your customer service department (or so she said when I asked to speak with her superior) an individual who identified herself as Shiba. This individual agreed that it was a Wayfair error but the best she could do was offer me a 20% discount off of the $159.99 price so I would have to pay $128 per pendant instead of the $79.99 that was advertised on your website. The fact is that over the years I have purchased several thousands of dollars of items from the Wayfair website (you can verify that as well in your records). I just wanted you to know that for $144 (additional cost of 3 pendants @48 per pendant) you have lost a once loyal and now very frustrated customer. All I can say to future potential Wayfair customers is – BEWARE. Two final comments – Wayfair, or for that matter any company should stand by the price they advertise on their website. Also, the Wayfair website still shows this item incorrectly 2 weeks after it was notified of the error – so additional customers could be impacted as well. I am very dissapointed the way this has been handled. Wayfair is not owning up to the error it made.

  3. Shocking service , let down and now excuses after excuses! NO REAL ANSWER JUST MORE AND MORE LIES

  4. Thank you for reaching out. I cannot tell you how frustrating this is after speaking to two levels of the Wayfair management team within you Customer Service Department.

We were hesitant on placing this order as purchased furniture pieces should always be delivered by professionals and if setup is needed that should be provided and completed also by professionals, but we figured we would give Wayfair a try.

My biggest mistake was giving you our business as it went downhill from there.

My husband got on the phone with a Wayfair Manager (second one we spoke to per our request to customer service and then the first manager that we were transferred to) and was given every excuse in the book as they completely refused to pick up your damaged goods. First time in our lifetime a retailer refused to pick up an item we purchased that by no fault of our own arrived in such a dangerous and damaged condition.

  5. I would like to know why his company has billed for the last year and charging late fees for a freezer that has never been delivered. Why aren’t their people talking to each other. I have ordered numerous items over the years and never had a problem until last year. All I want is for them to resolve this situation

  6. I ordered a recliner twice from Wayfair. The first was delivered to my front door as I requested; the second was left out on the steps (weight 60 pds.). I have talked with five (5) customer service personnel. Brandy was the only one who said FedEx doesn’t deliver to the door. However, the pkg had been outside on the steps since Wednesday. I found this to be totally unacceptable after purchasing numerous items from Wayfair. This will be reported to the appropriate entities. I will never order again and relay my unfortunate situation with others.
