This is to inform u about the injustice happened with us .
We visited the store on 18th March 2020, after confirming with the store that delivery would happen on sat 21st March 2020, we placed the order for amount ₹ 6923.
On sat we gota call fro the store stating they have used our product which was packed in bag, n he insisted intaking some other products which was sold loose, we decline it, we told him we need the same product which we have order n for which what we have paid for, we request to speak to store manager, he told us to call back after one as there is no manager in the store.
At the same time we contacted customer care and launched the complaint. At around 1.30 we called the store and spoke to food manager Laxman, he informed us stock had arrived n will sent it across.
Saturday 21st no delivery attempted.
We called the store customer care , the other person who picked up the phone was very rude was not ready to listen, we told him we have spoken to the manager, he said go an speak to him only then he gave laxmana no n hung up
I called up Laxman , he said it’s lockdown and can’t deliver, we told him, we don’t have stocks please do deliver, he said can’t , we told him it’s essential commodities n that can be delivered, he said no and disconnected the call, I called up store no one picked up the phone , after that so many calls and whatsapp, no response.
On 2nd April we launched the complaint at national consumer
There was no response from big bazzar
On 13th April 2020, we got a call from store managr Uma Shankar , he said can deliver the product, we narrated the incident, he said can deliver products only.
We told him that because of store mistake, we need to get stuffs from local store for which we have to pay double the price
We told him as we have spent double so we need our grocery also and we need compensation for what we have paid. He refused. And from that day till today no response
It’s been more than a month now.
This was not the first time which happened with us.
This was the fourth time
Please suggest what needs to be done.

Worst shopping experience of bigbazar online grocery shopping, products unavailability was from bigbazar side,they given half products and half amount in terms of credit note ,what is the use of that credit note which is in future pay wallet ,for using that credit note I have to do fresh order what does it mean , problem is from ur side and we have to do order again ,if u are the good retailers u should give option to modify cart if u don’t have that product but u are charging amount and convert into credit note ,also min order 1500 and extra 50 rs delivery charge,I should not expect this kind of service from ur side ,I will also tell to my all friends and family about this experience ,if it is not solved

Please call me later.” were sent.

Sir as a reputed group like big bazaar we expect good response time and better services, but I am amazed to see that you have tried to make retail segment organised but you need to first have to take a look in to your own system which seems to be highly unorganized. I believe before implementing the things to become a role model implement the things at home first.
I never thought that big bazaar which sound to be a big name has to courtesy even to respond to the customers. I have made many requests in your call centre and raised complaints online but you people are so organised that you couldn’t give even a single response to your customers.
We have been a loyal customer with the brand and have a monthly consumption of more than 5-7k but I believe now it’s time to switch to better options like groffers, big baskets of the world who have the credibility which big bazaar lacks.
Hope this request of mine might ring few bells hoping that shouldn’t prove to be ringing in front of Buffalo’s.
