I am extremely disappointed with your decision to bow to the pressure of attorneys general in states choosing to withhold health care to women by refusing to provide them with the abortion pill, even in states where it is legal. I fortunately live in a state that values women and the choices they make for their own bodies and health care, but I refuse to go backwards. If you do not reverse course, I will be forced to choose another pharmacy at which to shop and fill my prescriptions, and as a senior, there are many. Wow I too am VERY disappointed in your decision not to help women. I guess that 28 million changes people. I was a very loyal supporter of Walgreens. Even though my Walgreens here in New Orleans is terrible. Everything is locked up, the employees do not seem to happy, and they do not carry much stock, or are out of stock of many things I need. So I guess this is the nail on the coffin and I will no longer shop at Walgreens. Having been in the retail the business for many years, my guess this is the nail in the coffin for Walgreens too. I am astounded and sorely disappointed that you have exhibited such extraordinary corporate and social irresponsibility in bowing to political pressure from idiots who care not a wit about women’s health. Abortion medication is an FDA approved treatment for both pregnancy termination and non-surgical resolution of miscarriage. You need to revisit this outrageous decision IMMEDIATELY.
I have transferred all of my prescriptions to other pharmacies and will not shop there for anything until this decision is reversed.
As a shareholder (5,031 shares), I protest this action and will absolutely dump my shares unless this is changed. This medication is safe, legal, and a necessary part of women’s healthcare. Walgreens must be either cowardly or not care about the health and welfare of women. A large majority of Americans support the ability of women to safely and legally obtain 1st trimester abortions. I ask that you be an advocate for women’s health, not undermine it. I’ve had nothing but problems with Walgreens Rock Springs Rd Apopka Florida. I recently changed my drug plan to AARP Walgreens is the preferred pharmacy. I called to see if my prescriptions were ready they had me on hold 3 times for 20 minutes then hung up.The pharmacy technicians are rude and could care less if you are well or sick. When picking up for the first time I take two cholesterol medications they had one but not the other. I waited and was told they didn’t have one so I called my doctor the assure me it was sent. Finally went back to my old pharmacy they gave med 4 tablets to get by 5 days later Walgreens still had no prescription. Went back to old pharmacy they assured me Walgreens had prescription and gave me 14 days of medication. Finally received from Walgreens. Next problem came down with something went to doctor they gave me 3 hand written prescriptions went to Walgreens I was coughing shaking and could barely talk. I was told it would take 2 hours or I could drive to Walgreens downtown Apopka. I advised them I would wait for prescription which set technicians off. I sat down and watched them talk ignore the drive thru and admire each others cups. When they called my name they ask me so sign I was shaking so it took me a second tech mumbled something I then whispered thank you which evidently tech didn’t hear and I was walking away she very loudly said your welcome. Not sure what’s going on at Walgreens all reviews are negative. To make matters worse I’m still sick and doctors office sent new prescriptions for me to pick up I dread how I will be treated.
I am asking that Walgreens does not sell these abortion pills. They are a dangerous chemical I want no part of killing innocent babies!

I have been dealing with an insurance billing issue for 2 to 3 years. One of my former insurance companies was billed in error. Unfortunately they paid the bill. They would like to be reimbursed. I have dealt with trying to make this happen. Twice I have been told it was taken care of. It has not. Recently after thinking it was done I received a letter from a collection agency. I didn’t make either mistake and I have tried and tried to get this dealt with. Please try to assist me with this issue.

PS, I again tried to talk with someone with authority in your corporate office. I left a message. I was informed someone would call within 2 days. I have still not received a call back. Walgreens should pay back the insurance company which they charge in error.
