  3. Hi, i am regular customer of Grofers. on 26th August, 2020, I have ordered few items and payment has also paid through UPI but the same could not delivered next day. I search again and found all items was shown on cart option “which was already ordered and Rs.815/- was paid”. urgency of the grocery items i again ordered on 28.8.2020 on payment, the same has dispatched by the Grofers. From the last 15 days I am trying custmer care Number but no one is responding. 3-4 times i sent msgs, only assurance will recd and till date Rs.815/- was not refunded by the Grofers.
    Still struggling to get my refund. Please guide me and help me to get my refund back.

      Since yesterday I have been constantly following with customer care for missing item. Every time you send message that representative will contact you in 30 min and then 1 hour but nobody had called up for resolution yet. Show some courtsey to customer grievances.

Hi…I didn’t received some of the items out of 48 items but ur executive are saying we already send u …due to civic I didn’t check it at my doorstep in front of delivery as products r 48 so not possible for me ..in this pendemic situation executive should cooperate with customer.Mistake can happen with any body …they should accept their mistake & send my missing items…

  7. You people are accepting the order online however, do not send the complete items and always pretend that some items were not available and refunding the amount in your wallet so that client cannot spend this amount for some other purpose…Really Pathetic

    Still struggling to get my refund…do not want to continue the shopping with Grofer anymore. If you people believe in customer satisfaction, please share the call recording for my telephonic conversation with your representatives today.
