N Chandrasekaran was appointed as the Executive Chairman of Tata Sons Limited on February 21, 2017. As the Chairman, his main responsibility is to take Tata Group back to its glorious growth days. However, when he assumed chairmanship of Tata Group, he took a pay cut whereby his annual salary and bonus stood at Rs 14.4 crore. Presently, the chairman of Tata Sons and a non-official director of RBI, Natarajan Chandrasekaran was appointed the CEO and MD of Tata TCS in 2009. Chandrasekaran (age – 58), who is fondly called Chandra by his friends and close colleagues, was born in 1963 into a Tamil family in Mohanur near Namakkal (about 415km from Chennai), Tamil Nadu. He has two elder brothers and 3 elder sisters. In the era of 1970s, he along with his two brothers would cover a distance of 3 kms on foot to reach their Tamil-medium government school. However, for senior secondary education, he moved to an English-medium school.

Chandrasekaran was not academically bright, but his dedication made him a good performer in studies. Chandrasekaran’s father Srinivasan Natarajan, who was in the profession of law, would work on his farm too.   1. What will happen water vapour emissions from Hydrogen Fuel Cells based Vehicles? Clean environment but high GHG emissions ( water vapour) may either abnormally precipitate or leave smoke ( water vapour ) in winter or absorb sunlight resulting global warming.
    Trying to save Climate Change by reducing emissions to zero will affect adversely more than conventional fuel.
