It is unbelievable to have an ac unit to last forty-one (41) years and still running. Every time I have had it serviced the technician always tries to get me to purchase a new unit, which I refuse to do. I have been totally blessed because of your unique product that was built to last. I realize it is your business to sell your products to make money, but once in awhile it is nice to have something that lasts. I realize my unit will not last forever which is where I am at now. My unit is not cooling, the unit is working just not cooling. It will heat just fine, but not cool. Is there someone who can fix this with Freon. I have contacted someone about a new unit, but they only carry Bryant. Is Bryant units as good as carrier? Thank you so very much for all that you do.
