A share market legend and world’s most successful investor, Warren Buffett (Warren Edward Buffett) has been serving as the Chairman and Chief Executive of Berkshire Hathaway Inc. since 1970. Under his watch, the textile manufacturing company transformed to become one of America’s leading multinational conglomerates with diverse businesses and investments. Berkshire Hathaway CEO Warren reportedly is the owner of 60 companies, such as Duracell, Dairy Queen, and Geico. Also a great philanthropist, he has pledged to dedicate 99% of his wealth to charitable causes. He and Microsoft owner Bill Gates have started a charity The Giving Pledge, where billionaires make donations. The Berkshire Hathaway Owner and CEO, Warren had been through an interesting career throughout his life, which stands as a unique example. A prodigy in financial and investment matters, Buffet joined his father’s brokerage company Buffett-Falk & Co. and worked there for 3 years. In 1954, he worked for Benjamin Graham at Graham-Newman Corp as Analyst for 2 years. In 1956, he started his own company Buffett Partnership Ltd. By 1950s, he partnered with 7 companies and soon he became a millionaire at the age of 32. In 1962, he consolidated his partnerships into 1 and put his money in shares of textile company Berkshire Hathaway and became its owner.

Since then Berkshire Hathaway has emerged to be one of America’s largest conglomerates having businesses in almost every field including media, real estate, insurance, flight services, retail, investments and more.

Warren went to Rose Hill Elementary School, Alice Deal Junior High School, and Woodrow Wilson High School. He studied at Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania for two years before moving to the University of Nebraska. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from there. After facing rejection from Harvard Business School, Buffett went to Columbia Business School of Columbia University and did Master’s in Economics. He also joined New York Institute of Finance.

The email also stated Warren had sent out a very large sum of money to several different individuals all over the world one of them being me.     Dear Mr. Warren Buffett,
    I am addressing a issue that I feel your corporation would benefit along with rail transportation and agriculture and drilling.
    With your delivery of coal from rail cars being delivered to sites that are being loaded on ships. Than your train cars return home empty to be filled with coal.
    I believe that your train cars could come back loaded with water ( have foam sprayed inside car). This could help with drilling and agriculture water supply. This would allow a win win situation for all communities. I hope this idea can and will work for future generations.
