1. Updated seller to not dispatched but still seller dispatched it
2. Told me to not accept the product from the delivery boy but it was delivered by Postman who directly put the package in letter box
3. Told that seller has to return it and in 2 or 3 days and the refund process will be started
4. Now this product can not be returned as amazon can not do anything into it
3rd call was by Virendra S who is still looking for the return/refund process
4th was by Lal Babu Tiwari and said directly the window was expired.
Can you resolve this issue at the earliest and start the return & refund process asap?

Hi Amit, I have ordered I Phone 11 on 17th Oct & paid Rs 54900/-under Diwali offer &the Mobile was Supposed to be delivered on 26th Oct but it was rescheduled stating because of WHO guidelines it will be delivered by 29th oct & further it got delayed to 3rd Nov .while enquiring from Devender he has taken replacements request but the status was not updated.

Hi sir I bought a phone from Amazon on 19.07.2020 which was defective. I complaint for the same with in 7 days but I was said to visit customer care . I went to them and they repaired the speaker of the phone. Again the touch of that phone is not working . I called to Amazon again they said to visit customer care. Now customer care people are saying that the parts are not available with them ,hence it will take 15 days. They are not sure whether it’ll be available or not.
Now can you imagine what kind of pain I am going through. Please get my refund done immediately.

I need your intervention in respect of my order on Amazon.in 408-7179516-0695503 on 4th June 2020, Paid INR 2,945.00 in advance.
I am approaching your Goodself because I placed an order to Amazon more than two months ago and the product has not been received till date I would like to bring it to your notice that I am not able to connect to Amazon India because no email is provided on the amazon portal to approach and show the grievances, which is unethical and against the law.
Not only this amazon is misleading the customers to provide wrong information. In my case it is mentioned on amazon portal that the product has been dispatched on 12 June, 2020 and will be delivered on 19 June, 2020 , if Amazon is not capable of delivering the product in time, why does Amazon accept the orders?
In this context I had sent a message to Amazon and received a reply from The Supplement Store (TSS) Amazon Marketplace.amazon.in on 4th July 2020 in which it was mentioned that ” Dear Customer, sorry for inconvenience, the product has got stuck in customs. Due to the Corona situation all shipments are being delayed. We are requesting you to please allow us 6 to 8 days . Kindly please cooperate with us.” but again more than one month has passed and I have not received the product.
I had sent a email to Amazon and received a reply that “You’ve written to an address that does not accept incoming emails”,
Amazon is also not publishing negative reviews on the portal because their image should not be spoiled.
I would request you to help in resolving the matter otherwise if the ordered product is not received within 7 days, I will file a suit in Consumer Court under Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for Deficiency in services against amazon .
Your early action and response in this regard will be highly appreciated.
