I purchased a lancet on 13th March and on 22nd March I got a delivery message but I did not received my consignment. On 26th March 2021 I registered a complaint on Amazon customer care and I got replacement order from there. On 3rd April 2021 my father got a call from delivery boy and the delivery was was saying to deliver somewhere around 3km away from the delulivery address my father insist to deliver at doorstep, amazon has returned the goods by mentioning non deliverable, I contacted to the customer care again and requested not to return it as I purchased it due to medical emergency but I did not get any satisfactory resolution. I have purchased POLYCAB PVC insulated 3 core copper cable 100 mtr from Amazon on 1 Feb 2021& my order no.171-6588782-5540323 , I received the parcel on 9 Feb 2021 around 10.00 am upon opening I was shocked to find some G.I patra instead of the ordered wires , I immediately at around 10.15 am called Amazon customer care and informed of the issue along with Photos , I was assured the same will be resolved by 15 feb 2021 , to my surprise and shock Amazon Customer care informed me that they have spoken to the courier boy and he confirms that he took the parcel intact and Amazon cannot do anything , maybe it’s the mistake / intentional from the supplier ????
