I am writing this post with heavy heart because amazon has crossed all limits of irresponsibility, I have experienced worst kind of customer service from amazon.
Last week I ordered
Occasions Mid-Sized Foosball, Mini Football, Table Soccer Game For Indoor Football Soccer Game For Birthday Gifts
but I received entirely different product. I then requested amazon people to replace it, took it and ordered replacement.
Today I got the replacement product but it still not what I ordered.
I have realized that Amazon has zero respect towards their customers.
i had same experience and my refund holding till now (40days now). this kind of worst services are taught them high authorities i believe because Jeffy wants becomes world richest again
Amazon appears to care 100% About profits only (as, by definition, all corporations do)
Amazon’s tracking and delivery reporting algorithm program is seriously broken and mis-reports everything from false delivery reports to even reporting that an undelivered item is “returning to seller” when it was never received in the first place and so being non-existent…how can a non-existent object be returned anywhere?
Since the entire customer service system is based on information provided by a faulty reporting system and not human communication (“The system says your item was delivered. So, maybe it’s in your garden or at a neighbor’s house.” I’m sorry we cannot refund or re-ship an item that has already been delivered.” – Strains of Franz Kafka stories echo in the hallways of Amazon where Amit Agarwal sits comfortably behind his digital firewall between him & Amazon & the humans on earth.
Like the standard Indian business model: Look good and make up a nice marketing story on the surface, but deliver only lies and bedtime stories to cover for or apologize for a seeming total committment to sloppiness and incomplete work. Because it’s ok to lie and screw up never a good idea to actually do complete work and make anything work due to the fear and scarcity model because if something actually works, then the worker fears that they will no longer be needed and have to look for work elsewhere….

Amazon doesn’t appear to be able to care about managing their business at the user-level and so, since they can’t or won’t attend to details as simple as creating, confirming & maintaining a simple delivery reporting software program, they shall sooner or later fail…”the devil is in the details” as has been said about many things…success being one of them.
If one need to buy any electronic item (example TV), don’t buy on Amazon. It’s most unprofessional and non-customer centric. You’ll find customer care (outsourced) to be most pathetic. You can’t reach any employee in Amazon. CEO Amit Agarwal doesn’t bother to reply. I purchased 3 nos 43 inch TV (they sold model that’s not available in open market) Since this didn’t fit the slot, I requested for replacement with 32 inch. Despite agreeing not to claim any difference, outsourced customer care response is without empathy.

I also like to share my worst experience with Amazon and the customer service team said ” do whatever you can do”. I bought a product Smartwatch Order # 403-5660773-9673125 (GOQii Smart Vital Fitness Spo2) delivered on 17th Aug 2021 on day one Tried to coordinate with respective support team regarding replacement or change of product because the dimension & features showing in advertisement this product is not supporting the all feachers, Now in return policy they provided limited options which completely showing the intentions to make customer fool passing the days so that return policy also not to support like Customer Care.
My suggestion to all online buyers before closing any purchase with Amazon please ask them for policies which they follow because it can change product to product, rest after this I will completely delete Amazon from my life. Because Promotion of CHEETER’S & BAGGER’S are illegal in my Country.
