  1. Good morning Mr Worth, I hope you are all fine. I would like to discuss with you some business ideas, would you give me a chance.

  2. I came into Gateway Chevron 29980 Temecula Pkwy, Temecula, CA on Jan 23rd 2020 to get a Redbull before I jumped on the highway to go to the airport. I asked the cashier lady at 7:59am if the car wash was open since it they were suppose to be open at 8am.  Nobody was out at the car wash, all the orange cones were there and the machine was off.. The cashier took it in her hands, told me to move the orange cones and drive to where the machine starts. The cashier went through the side door to meet me by the machine. She guided me in and I stayed in my car the whole time. She couldn’t figure out how to turn the machine on, after 4 minutes she called someone to try to walk here through start up with the car wash machine. She was still having issues and pushing buttons. The machine finally started up and told me to back up and go forward since the machine was not catching my car for about 10 minutes. She clearly had no idea what she was doing. I backed up and pulled forwards multiple times while the machine was going. The machine was not catching my car to guide me into the car wash. . After 10 minutes it caught my car to go through the wash. These wheels are 33lbs and a high end wheel. Niche wheels are 100% custom made in the U.S.A. Machined from 6061-T6 forged aluminum, every set is custom tailored from start to finish. While backing up and going forward the machine scratched and bent my wheels. in the picture below it would have to take a heavy duty machine to actually bend this wheel per the manufacture. I have a statement from them and from Les Schwab. I just purchased these wheels on 4/23/2019. Now with this indecent I had to repurchase them today. All 4 wheels were completely damaged due to a cashier taking things in her own hands. She should of never done this especially on a $85,000 car! We have been coming here since it has been open. I have had 0 issues with this car wash until Jan 23rd 2020. I can show you all my transactions with this car wash. All 6 of us in my family have been coming here and love this car wash.
Today: February 13th 2:47pm a gal name Diana called me from 310-323-3992 She didn’t have all the facts and kept repeating that the manager from the gas station, the cashier did have experience running the car wash. That is a lie. If this cashier had experience she would have not called someone on the phone to help her  and guide her through the car wash process. Diana kept bring up there is a sign states a car goes through by a car wash person not liable. Well the issue is every time I come I am greeted by a nice young man or young lady, they ask me what car wash I want, I give them my keys and they give me a ticket to pay. They run my car through the wash and I wait 20-30 minutes for them to clean my car. This is like having your janitor running a car wash and guiding someone in to wash there car and to start a full car wash. This car wash was CLOSED when i pulled the cones aside.. Technically there was NO car wash employees. Imagine if some random person off the street pulls there car up and trys to start the machine and drive there car through. I cannot believe I am being treated like this and being spoken to like this.I understand the manager at the gas station wants to stick up for her employee, but come on this is clearly a huge misstate by the cashier. On another note this cashier has always been a cashier since she has been working here. She has never washed cars before. If I have to subpoena the cashier I do not mine doing that to get her testimony and facts about her experience with the car wash etc…. She is a nice young lady who comes to work everyday to do the cashier. Like I said we have been coming here since day 1.. Please do the right thing here. There is full video footage of the whole incident.
