I wish that I could contact Mr. Long, CEO of Liberty Insurance. I have Liberty Mutual. My Husband and I actually worked for American Family Insurance for 20 years before retirement. We retired to Missouri and AFMIC rates were much higher….so we insured with Liberty Mutual.
In 2012 we were victims of a home invasion. This event changed our lives forever. It is something that I have to live with. My Husband never fully recovered from the beating he took. He passed away in 2017.
In all the destruction that our family has suffered from the home invasion….Liberty Mutual was the one bright light. They replaced everything that was damaged and stolen. I can not thank them enough for that.
The two men who committed this crime are in prison and will be for many, many years.
I will never forget Liberty Mutual and how they stepped up when our world felt like it was falling apart.
I was watching a commercial on TV….it was Farmers Insurance….A neighbor built a bird house and comes to show his neighbor…who happened to be the Farmers Insurance commercial guy. He was in his garage crafting elaborate things…his neighbor asked him what he was making an he proceeds to say he was working on an app. all the while smirking as the camera shows his wood working skills in the items in the background. And with his smirking face he tells the neighbor I am sure whatever you are working on is good too! It hit me that Farmers insurance does have a better than thou attitude an while I guess they found their commercial funny…I found it degrading and telling!
I do not know why other insurance companies do not counter with a commercial that does not make fun of others.

The company sucks and their ads are the worst
I am no longer with Liberty Mutual. I was insured by them in 2018. I had an automobiel accident on July 12,2018. I was unconscious and taken by ambulance to the closest hospital. I keep getting bills for this service. I called Liberty and was given the name and address of someone in California. I sent the bill to him to had it handled. i am still getting bills for this ambulance service. Liberty should have covered this over a year ago.
