I have been trying to settle an accidental policy with alfac since August I fell and was in Jackson hospital from 5/10 to 5/31 and encompass health from 5/31 to 6/17 I submitted this information to alfac accident team and I have been given the run around with the proper medical information from claims . I was told they sent me a checkbinybaccount for $120.00 in which I never told them to do . First of all, I was in Er, CCU and hospital forb21 days rehah forb15 .Alfac kept telling me they needed a copy of Er report and discharge summary and I sent them a copy Now I find out they need another copy of when I was in hospital This was sent to them along with ubo form. Pls help me I am tired of getting misinformation and going around in circles.Team members need to be trained and one adjusted needs to be assigned to one claim and remain with that claim until settled. It’s almost Nov and my claim is no closer to being resolved they are not reading the information in my file I will refer this matter over to a higher level because I have been patient long enough
