Deepinder Goyal started his food tech company in July 2008 with Pankaj Chaddah, his colleague from consulting firm Bain & Company. Back then Zomato was named Foodiebay.com. However, to avoid legal issues with e-commerce giant eBay, Deepinder in 2010 renamed the company as it is known today.
Zomato’s journey began as a search engine for restaurants where people could check the menu of nearby eateries. In my opinion zomato is the worst app(company) . They always make their customers fool . Zomato chat system is very very very bad system. They just waste the time of customers and never reply to customers.
Zomato should be banned.
I ordered food from zomato on 12 march 2021, the food is not arrived yet. My money is also wasted. Zomato customer care never understand the problem of customers.
