As you already to know that I ordered from swiggy after a long time but let me share some feedback regarding the order and it’s management, with all due respect I’m an employee of a big organization and I’m working from my home all because of COVID-19 situation as you already know yesterday I ordered from swiggy and I found some unaccountable thing in “patna(BIHAR)” the delivery boy wasn’t wearing a mask and gloves also, when I asked him why didn’t you not wearing those things(gloves and mask) for protective reason he said “sir, they are not giving any mask and gloves and moreover they don’t providing the swiggy jacket from one year”…so, as a matter of fact I realized that this is not his fault. All I’m saying please keep that in mind and provide good care of your employees. In the end all I want to say is everybody health matters in this horrifying pandemic please take care yourself and your all swiggy family because we all are one in this pandemic.

Dear Sir, as per the communication received from your team, the weekly payout was to be credited to my bank account on every Wednesday. But it is not happening for the past two months. It is getting delayed by min of two days. When you are having a lot of metrics to gauge restaurant performance, why is that Swiggy is not having any such commitment rating for themselves..?? In such a pandemic situation, every restaurant are making tough calls for spending based on the receipt of timely payments from Third party delivery aggregators like you. Swiggy has let down restaurants owners terribly.

This is to inform you that I ordered some food through swiggy on the dated of 15th April, 2020. On that day all the food was spoiled and a bad smell was coming out. At that moment I called Hotel number which was temporarily unavailable. Then I called Customer care & wanted to return those foods. but they said that could not be possible & did not refund my money. After a long conversation they said that they would give me a 100 rs coupon for that.
but did not get any coupon yet. I sent more than one mails to customer care. But they said “it will not happen again”. It seems that you guys intentionally did this. Your representative commit me one thing and your service did not fulfilled that commitment. That means you guys are misleading customers and your management in less worthy for this work!!!!
Therefore I want to say that take necessary steps for this issue..

This is to inform you that our Restaurant (Sammis Shawarma) Hyderabad which was opened on last Dec”2017.
We submitted all the required Documents after few months for getting tie up with Swiggy. Signed the contract paper too. Not only our Restaurant is suffering but many of the same issues i saw at your office begging for getting tie up.
Its been 4-5 months, after so many followup we are still struggling to get tip up with swiggy just because of your careless & lazy admin staff. No one responds well. When ever i call them, they’ll tell that they are in meetings & never solved our issue.
Its an hunble request you to take an action & do the needful ASAP for the issue.
