  4. Byjus is fraud. We want to cancel the membership but they just give excuces.
There is so many problems in the tablet
But they don’t clear the problems

  5. To Raveendran sir,
My name is Yoganand. I’m an Advocate. My son Krithik sanjay is studying 9th at Ambari Vidya Mandir, Arakkonam, Ranipet Dist, Tamil nadu. We are already a Byju’s Premium customer from class 7. So, we believed in your ads and Premium approach. Byju’s mentors approached us to attend a trial live class, so, we paid Rs.5000 through Online on 11/10/2020 as advance and a monthly payment of Rs.1250.

Advance amount has been paid as they said, till now no class has been started for us. Each day each mentor calls and blames each other. But still there is no solution for our 10th live class.

Each one who had called us had no responsibility, I think on seeing this mail we probably get a solution for this problem. There is no proper mentor alloted for us for any queries and to guide us.

Our live class interest had gone due to this irresponsible candidates calling us daily. We can’t able to reach any of the mentors of Byju’s because they are ignoring us by switching off the mobiles.

My son is on mental pressure to decide study whether Byju’s or his School’s online classes. Kindly we request you to solve our problem or kindly refund our amount as soon as possible.

    With regards,
    S.D.Yoganand

  6. Sir ,
We enrolled for the Byju’s course (Class 5 & 6) last year (2019) for our daughter Debangshi Chakraborty and accordingly we have been paying emi’s as per the terms and conditions of the payment.
This year (2020) in mid-July, Mr Rohit Das educational counsellor of Byju’s contacted us for the upgradation of the course as my daughter was entitled to a 40% discount of the total course fees because she scored 93 percentile in BNAT Scholarship Exam.
And as said by Mr Das, the overall course fees will be Rs 35, 000/- for her (because of the 40 % discount ) and within a week Rs 35, 000/- increased to Rs 40, 000/-, for reasons best known to Byju’s and that too after signing on the necessary documents, we had been informed of the same. Why there is no transparency from your end when you are running a business in crores?
We very specifically, told Mr Rohit Das that we are already paying emi’s for one course fee and that has not come to a closure and it’s not possible on our part to pay two different emi’s for two different course. He absolutely agreed on it and assured me of the same that once the previous emi comes to a closure, the new one will start. Even Mr Tenzing your Senior Accounts Manager communicated to us the same. Based on Mr. Das’s assurance, we went for the upgraded course.
Nothing and I mean absolutely nothing, from your end has been communicated to us regarding the payment of two different emi’s for two different courses simultaneously. And to our utter surprise, two different id’s were created for the payment of two different emi’s , when me and my wife were absolutely transparent regarding our inability to pay two different emi’s simultaneously during this pandemic times.
May I know the reason, Mr. CEO why Byju’s professionals are exhibiting the highest degree of unprofessionalism.
And for the last 4 days Byju’s highly unprofessional work force is giving us sleepless nights and harassing us day in and day out. Why should we be at the receiving ends for no fault of ours. And requesting you to do a fact check, that by no means we were defaulters of the previous loan of which we are still paying the emi.
Now, we want the closure of this updated course at the earliest (SOS), and the remaining two instalments of the previous course will be paid in subsequent two months as we are going to diassociate ourselves from Byju’s after the payment of the remaining two emi’s of the previous course. We are indeed very disappointed with Byju’s The Learning App and one of the most bitter experience we had in recent times.
Requesting you to do the needful.

    Thanks and Regards
    Sandeep Chakraborty

  7. SIR,
I HAVE PURCHASE A PACK FROM BYJUS AND PAYING MY INSTALLMENT EVERY MONTH BUT YOUR FINANCE TEAM IS REMINDING FOR PAYMENT EVERY HOURS AND TODAY EVENING MR.AMIT CALLED ME I REPLIED I AM BUSY AND I WILL PAY UR EMI TOMORROW BUT HE STARTED MISBEHAVING AND I STOPPED TALKING WITH HEM . THEN AFTER HE CALLED ME MORE THAN 10 TIMES AND I SCOLD HEM, AFTER THAT HE SCOLDED ME FROM HIS PVT NO.8018820298.
SIR, I WANT TO KNOW IS THIS YOUR CULTURE OF TEACHING, I WAS NOT EXPECTING SUCH A BAD CULTURE OF TEACHING, ACTUALLY YOU ALL ARE NOT TEACHING BUT DOING BUSINESS WITH OUR KIDS . YOUR FINANCE TEAM IS CALLING MORE THAN YOUR MENTOR.
SO I HAVE DECIDED NOT TO CONTINUE WITH YOUR ORGANIZATION AND I WILL SEND ALL BOOKS AND TAB TO YOUR OFFICE AND YOU KINDLY REFUND OUR MONEY

  8. Dear Mr. Raveendran,

Please find my below mail as a feedback and seek your support in order to cancel my order.

I have purchased BYJUs (8th to 10th Class) for my child in June 2020 with clear understanding and expectations from both sides. Unfortunately till now, I have faced various issues in BYJUs as a product. Same issues were reported to your sales/mentors/backend and support teams in a timely manner. You may refer to the mails as attached for your kind information. Now the current situation is, I have the BYJUs but my child is not touching the pad(forget about learning from the tab). This is happening because of wrong commitment from BYJUs and no solution to the problems.

    Some of the problems are

    1. Related to products where my child is not able to listen to the audio clearly, video’s are non – clickable, video’s hang frequently etc. Video’s have been shared with BYJUs’ team from time to time.

    2. Related to mentor – mentor’s response was completely unprofessional where it was communicated in such a way that we are on mercy of your mentors.

    3. Related to sales – there are certain things which were committed at the time of sales such as information about complete questions, information about problematic areas for my child whereas from parent’s app,I can only identify how much time my child spent on one topic which is of no use to me as a parent.

Also, before purchasing the product, I was getting approx 3-4 calls from BYJUs team and once i purchased the product I hardly got a call from the team, even though I called and approached each and every person to resolve the problem but still most of the issues exist as is. Similarly, It was communicated that this is a self learning mode application then why your sales person called my child 3-4 times before purchase of the product and stopped immediately once I paid the money. It is something like “switch on” and “switch off” mode. Believe me that no brain will work in such a way and the product is for Kids. It has to be through proper transition mode.

I can understand that as per your terms and conditions, I have to revert back in 15 days of time for the decision to continue with the product. In this case, I have raised my concerns to your team from the first week only and got the assurance to resolve the issues but till now (after 4 months) I didn’t find any fruitful results.

To be frankly speaking, your product may be good for other people but not for me so I am requesting you to please cancel my complete order and refund the complete money.
