  1. Hi sir,
I purchased biju’s pack with two tablets.
Biju’s mentor Devika mam told me that
“Send your old tablets to head office and we will give new tablets for some technical issues”. So I sent two tablets in single pack. But Devika said that “we got only one tablets”. This makes me disappointed with biju’s. I request you to please give one more tablet.

With reference to the telephonic talk held on 31st July in the noon with Ahmedbad team Parth and Saurabh it was discussed clearly that my daughter would get the course as she needs and u will provide everything more then we have paid as per your communication.

After reaching back home after 3 days ( registration was done 10 days prior) had a word with my daughter and she said me that MR. Udyan / Parth had a word with her and said to follow few courses from higher grades and some to find out from what matches her book.

As it was clearly discussed before paying the full fees amount that I personally have 2 I pad and a lap top for kids at home which is their at kids disposal but after the registration We were informed sorry to write but (no communication atole from mr Parth or ahmedabad team ) we had to keep on calling them still it’s been a week and we are like running around to find where & how to start byju.

MY KID IS STUDYING IN ICSE AND NOW ITS LIKE THAT COUSE WOONT BE PROVIDED NEED TO LOOK ON FOR CHAPTERS FROM DIFFERENT GRADES.

Just help me out getting my course of icse started on iPad or laptop. Rest I would seek a refund for the same amount paid.

Again requesting you to kindly sort out the issue @ earliest.

Your favourable reply would be highly appreciated.

  8. Dear Mr. Byju Raveendran,
I know you have built this brand with lots of painstaking, but if that has to sustain, your employees must also follow the same ethics and values that you had when you started to build this organisation to what it is today.

Like all salesmen do, your Salesman Akshay S – [email protected] – xxxxx-xxxxx, had promised Social Studies instead of Maths.
He over promised to do the needful and choose any subject of our choice since Maths is not relevant to my child. Now we realised that Byju’s do not have Social Studies content at all – we feel cheated by this salesman.
He over promised to do the needful and choose any subject of our choice. Now we realised that Byju’s do not have Social Studies content at all in the package.
Moreover the Tablet provided is faulty and needs to be trashed.
Akshay has blocked my number and refuses to take calls and his manager is also not willing to provide a solution.

If i do not get the promised product, I will be forced to find alternative means that might bring disrepute to your organisation.I feel its employees like these who bring in disrepute to organisations who over promise and never deliver, creating dissatisfaction to your customers and damaging your brand reputation.Kindly intervene and either refund our money back or deliver the promise of your employee Mr. Akshay.
    Rasmy

  9. Hi Sir,

I appreciate the way knowledge is transferred, and thousands are benefited. The business could be even more improved if the knowledge is distributed to the seniors. There are thousands of seniors who are idle, who would be eager to learn some thing new (for ex Microsoft windows, office, or creating a mail-id). It would be nice knowledge is transferred to the seniors and keep them engaged in their old age as well as it would be a service what we can do to our elders. Hope you like my suggestion.

    Regards
    Jayaram
