Engineers from the drone delivery unit of Amazon are working towards developing face shields. Post successful trials with medical community Amazon plans to start selling the face shields on Amazon.com. The face shield will be available to all customers. However the first priority would be front line workers.

Amazon believes thanks to its design innovations and strength of its supply chain, the company will be able to sell the face shields at a significantly more affordable price than what is currently available in the market.
