  1. I am Lance A. Charles, Sr. A Black American of age 75. The Fraud division has blocked my account and closed one because I discovered the theft of $1,000 that I did not authorized.
    @. The same Fraud division has blocked my new account afther State of California put a lien on my account. After negotiating a settlement with California Franchise Tax Board, CITI Fraud again block my account and is refusing to release my over $1600 for the next 30 to 60 days. On 7/24/2020, California Franchise Tax Board sent written notification to CITI Legal Services. Yet they continue to Block my account. The Customer Service in the Fraud Division need Training. So RUDE.

  2. Just opened an account with Citi (Advantage) and called to activate my account, on 08/12/2020 at 9:17 am was when I placed this call.
    When I spoke with Crystal out of Kentucky who refused to say good morning.
    I asked her why cannot you say good morning as I did , she stated what is your name as appears on the card!
    Customer Service is Paramount in any organization.Crystal out of Kentucky needs to take a course offered by Citi in Customer Service Skills. Please pull this recording. Very cold and in welcoming new card members.

  3. Citibank has attached a late fee on my account despite my always having paid this card on time and triple the monthly minimum. They are insensitive to their card holders and I would not recommend doing business with them.
