  1. I am very frustrated with BOA, have been a customer since January, 1973. In particular the credit card division.
On March 6, 2023 my husband used UPS in Seminole FL to send me legal and tax forms for a closing. UPS lost the package. On March 9th UPS charged us to recreate the package including getting documents notarized again, a witness, photocopies scanning etc. and again for the mail. I made severak attempts to call the UPS store with no response.
I contacted the LI distribution center of UPS who filed a claim and was told that a refund for me was provided because they lost the pkg with documents I was not required to pay everything a second time.
Called the store 12 times again, no response.
Contacted BOA to dispute the charge.
On April 11th received notice they needed more info. Contacted Josely who told me the case was coded wrong and she would correct.
Upon receipt of June statement. The charge is back on. I contact credit card service. Please note every call you receive a message that they are experiencing heavy call volume. 25 minutes later the rep informs me that my dispute is rejected and there is nothing I can do about it. Supervisor Abby does not have the courtesy to listen to my store that the UPS location has been paid 3 times and rudely informs me ” YOU DONT ALWAYS GET WHAT YOU WANT ”
Contact customer service again and speak to
James who is supposed to be the Department Manager and anything but helpful. I had provided the name and telephone number of the person who filed the claim at UPS and James said their investigation did not include making any calls.
I cannot imagine ever feeling comfortable with BOA again. There seems to be no one to provide assistance.
