Customer Service is Paramount in any organization.Crystal out of Kentucky needs to take a course offered by Citi in Customer Service Skills. Please pull this recording. Very cold and in welcoming new card members.
Citibank has attached a late fee on my account despite my always having paid this card on time and triple the monthly minimum. They are insensitive to their card holders and I would not recommend doing business with them.
