  1. Dear Andrew Cathy, will you build a Chick-fil-A in Auburn, Indiana or defiance, ohio,or Hicksville Ohio We love Chick-fil-A and there isn’t any around here other than Fort Wayne, Indiana.

  2. My I phone app was hacked in January. I have made numerous attempts to your Customer Cares department and many phone calls. I get error messages when trying to sign into my phone app. I have done everything I as asked to do my customer care. Here it is Feb 28th and nobody has been able to help. I got a very rude young lady today in that department. She said she would escalate this issue and somehow I do not feel confident this will happen

  3. Went to Chick-fil-A in Tampa, Florida on South Dale on Wednesday paid for 2 meals and didn’t realize I got the wrong one after I went home called someone on the phone they told me the name of a customer representative name art Gosman went their today talked to a manger and she was giving me a very hard time acting very racist towards me and refused to remake my food and then she invoked the general manager and she too was acting like she didn’t care what I had to say restaurant operation manager art is the general managers father they treated me very bad. I spent all my hard-working money there just to ask them to fix a sandwich I will never go there again I am an honest, hard-working person that has no reason to rip someone off over one sandwich. This kind of behavior from a manager should not be tolerated. I never had this bad experience.anywhere else this woman came to me being racist and was interrogating me over everything after one of their employees saw me coming there two days ago, and said I was there buying the meals she still proceeded to give me a hard time. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else again Shame on you now you lost a good customer over a sandwich
