I am seller on shopclues by the name Fancy Items Online Store. 2 Months back i had bought Business guru plan. Nobody called me for a month nor any assistance was given to me. I threatened them to file a case and they refunded my Money.
4 days back i received a order. Manifest (#11769764) was ready and i received a message on my cell on 15th July that pick up will be done on 16th. Pickup was not done on 16th, i raised a ticked got a reply will be done on 17, neither pickup happened on 17, raised a ticket, got a call in evening on 17th 7 pm telling the courier people could not reach me…18th also pickup not done, raised a ticket, got a reply, pickup attempted manifest not ready. Are your people on drugs to give such a reply.
May God help you with these kind of customer services. Even I work in service industry and I also sell on Amazon and other portals and have a 100% delivery rate and on time. I do self Shipment and track each and every order and ask every client if order received or not.
