Before he took charge of the company as CEO, Shantanu became the President and COO of Adobe Systems in 2005. In 1998, he joined the company as Senior VP of worldwide Product Research. Prior to coming to Adobe, he was one of the Founders of his photo-sharing company Pictra. Before that, he worked with Apple and Silicon Graphics in different product development roles.
Narayen completed his schooling from Hyderabad Public School. He went to University College of Engineering, Osmania University to earn Electronics and Communication Engineering degree. I recently purchased Lightroom CC and Photoshop 2019. Before that I was using Photoshop Elements and Lightroom 6, which has no annual fee. I assumed LR CC would be worth the annual cost. I have had an problem and attempted to contact your technical support people. I stated my problem and was told your tech people were busy with others and would be with me as soon as possible. After waiting longer than I felt necessary, I disconnected. It seems Adobe is only interested in selling their product – once you get my $$$, I’m on my own. Unless your tech support improves, I do not plan to renew my annual fee.
