Grouting work done in March 2021 started peeling off in next month only. Since last three months I was complaining about the same through app. Every time customer care told me that somebody will come to check but nobody came. Today may be on fourth time customer care called and said Urbanclap does not take any warrantee for this type of work and it is written in the quotation. After going through the quotation I find that there it says the work is guaranteed for one year. Hope you will ressolve the issue.

urban charges are very high for the employees 40 +10 +39 for single lead booking amount only 100 suscription plan 6k +gst charges employees are just earning 15k after doing job of 30k
