Before founding MobiKwik, Bipin was a System Architect at Freescale Semiconductor firm from May 2007 to June 2009. From January 2006 to April 2007, he worked as Platform Architect at NVIDIA. Amount debit from Mobikwik wallet but not credit to merchant account is electricity bill. I paid on 14th Sep and complaint on 17th Sep until they clear the problem. But they asking clear the due amount other wise you charge penal Rs 200/- That due amount also i paid and mobikwik was not clear the problem.
I am also facing fraudulent trasaction of Rs 1018.00 Rs. I lodged a complaint to Mobikwik but no response so far.
My app also blocked in which also 200 Rs is there.
I repeatedly sending messages and did necessary procedures still no fruitful result.

Dear Sir,
I have used Mobikwik once and it has charged me 117/- rs extra as processing fee, how ever I have paid only borrowed amount and that processing amount is still running due from 3 months. Now that amount has become 230 INR.
My concern is why additional charge is implemented while no other apps do so.
I want some professional to call me and do needfu.

Same issue here.. mobikwik is becoming worse day by day . On 17 th June of 2020 ii had a failed transaction and it claimed to icici bank, have to go to consumer court
