I have purchased buyjus I have sent email cancellation . I am talking many times with cancellation form your product and not given propar ans your Sr.Exe Mrs Ayushi. She told me your reson is not vailied. Also I told my son is not intrested study by tablet.

while going through the mails sent to me for aaryan since May 2019 , it has been revealed that the study material – work sheets and Imaginarium – being pushed are for grade 4 whereas the Evaluation of aaryan’s performance is for grade 5 .
This is a very strange action by an app based technical team.

Rather than holding my class 4 level son responsible for this error should the company not take responsibility for this?

I regret to inform you that the byjus tablet and subscription for grades 4-6 which you had given to Aaryan(my son) had a major glitch.
When I activated the app for Aaryan for grade 4 , the syllabus displayed for the entire academic year was that of grade 5 .
His profile continued showing grade 4 , since the chapters are the same for both the grades , there was absolutely no way that either he or I could figure out the glitch.
the mentors were in touch with Aaryan for the academic year and pushing reading material for grade 4 on e mail . They did not bother to check for this very serious lapse on their part.
When I wanted to change his grade to 5 , this glitch came to light through the help desk of byjus.
since then , I have spoken to a number of people at the company but to no avail. No one seems to be able to help me in any fashion and rather are blaming Aaryan for the same.
It is not possible for aaryan to change his grade without the company providing the code for it.
as a compensation for this glitch I have requested the company to give Aaryan the access to class 7 syllabus to compensate for the loss of grade 4 academic year.
I have been denied my request at all levels by Ms. Anmol , yesterday we had a one hour teleconv. and she was very firm in her denial of the same.
I have been instrumental in getting Byjus several high profile clients through my ref. BUT as of today , I feel absolutely disillusioned with the company and wish to discontinue the subscription entirely.
I would hence request for a FULL refund of my subscription amount.

We had enrolled with BYJUS for our class x student Vivek Gandhi, our grandson. He lives and studies in Hubli. Your representative Mr. Harish Naik came to Hubli and persuaded us to take the BYJUS learning package.
