  4. Dear Sir / Madam,

As I mailed many times I had been enrolled for BYJUs learning program on dtd 27/03/2021,which was introduced by your coordinator Mr Shreemant Patra E No 21851423 As per him during product introduction, trial period was of 3 month. With payment of amount 5000(registration fee)I started 3 month trial. But during trial I come up with financial crunch and found that my son is not much interested towards this program. So before completion of 3 month I wanted to cancel the subscription. But your representative assured me that he will cancel my subscription before start of any EMI (screenshot attached). However my EMI started to deduct from my account after 3 month. In between, I tried a lot to connect with your representative, but neither he resolved the issue nor made any contact (screenshot attached with mail).

Right now I am not in position to continue this and wanted to withdraw my subscription. Regarding this issue I already have communicated to BYJUs through mail.

Pls do the needful to withdraw my subscription.
