Greetings ,I am holding HDFC account for past 8 years, but none of the time i received the OTP for my transactions. i have raised many complaints through customer care but no responses whereas i receiving other promotional activites mail which i never wanted to see. i am trying to reset my ipin and reaching customer care but no responses at all. atlast i decided to change my email address & went to Kodambakkam branch with filled email update form there they refused and asked to go home branch.
