I have ordered products from first cry on 21st March. I wrote an email to them in first week of april, asking for delivery status. However they asked me to wait till 15 April. I waited till then. I still did not receive any final update on the delivery. My order is almost going to cross 2 months in few days, and hence I asked them to cancel the order. Neither they are cancelling the order not are they able to deliver. Its ridiculousness. They are asking me to wait for more 15 days for order cancellation. Its a mental harassment and cheating.
