Dear Mr Huettl
I may introduce myself, I am Professor Ezzeldin Ibrahim, Professor of anaesthesia, intensive care, and pain medicine, faculty of medicine, Menoufia university, Egypt.
I do have a complaint from Opel call center in Egypt. I called today 27/03/2023 at about 1 pm to book an appointment for a regular service for my Insignia top line 2018. Ms Marize received my call and confirmed my booking @ 2pm 30/03/2013. I asked about the working hours during the month of Ramadan and Ms Marize confirmed that the working hours are from 9 am to 3 pm.
I received a call at 8 pm from Ms Marize saying that she has to cancel the appointment. I have cancelled meetings and have booked my driver to go for this service and then it was so easy from the call center not to respect the costumer and his time and how he arranged to go for this service.
I have tried to know Ms Marize full name to submit a complaint and she refused. I called the call center again and Mr Saif received my call. I spent nearly 20 minutes in a long endless useless conversation with no respect to my complaint and refusing to connect my call to a supervisor or a manager. My case has not been resolved or received any satisfactory reply from the call center, however, I was treated badly from Ms Marize and Mr Saif regarding my complaint by ignorance.
I am so frustrated by the way the call center treated myself and my case and very disappointed how this service is managed here in Egypt under Opel name.
I look forward to hearing from your self
Best regards
