About Jeep
The American automobile brand Jeep belongs to Stellantis. Jeep makes crossovers, off-road SUVs, pickup trucks, etc. The company was established in 1943. What started to serve the battlefields in World War II took to civilian life post that era with some minor changes. The first civilian models were sold in 1945. Jeep Grand Cherokee, Jeep Wrangler, and Jeep Wagoneer are some of the famous vehicle styles.
I’ve been waiting a year for my car to be fixed while still making monthly payments. No one at Jeep will provide me with a loaner and I’m still having to make my monthly lease payment. Worst cars and customer service I have ever experienced and not have no choose but to seek legal advice.
This email regards to the service and the lies that are being told by the Jeep corporate office the ribeye and really anybody that I’ve dealt with I want is there’s anybody really in your company that would be willing to reach out to me and help me in my situation I’m tired of going from person to person to person just to be lied to lie to lied to, but it won’t surprise me if nobody respond to this email I’ve driven Chrysler products my entire life I’ll guarantee there’s not gonna be another Chrysler product in my garage and I guarantee you I’m gonna do some great advertising for you due to the situation with a 2021 jeep I’m tired of the lies. I’m tired of will get back to you in 7 to 10 business days. It turns into weeks fry know it’s gonna turn into more months. Maybe somebody could have the courtesy to call me back but it’s highly unlikely because you’re all the same in this company.
I’ve been dealing with their horrible “customer care”. Case being closed, people submitting blank templates, not telling when they need information from me. Our first case was opened Jan 9, 2023 and I still have nothing resolved. I’ll never buy a jeep or anything under the FCA name just so that I never have to deal with the Customer Care again. No body returns emails or phones and there is never anyone above anyone working that can assist me.
I’m beyond frustrated with this company and everyone I knows has also said they will not be purchasing a jeep after my experience.
I just posted a LONG comment regarding all of the BS I had to wade through at a Jeep dealership. It hasn’t been displayed yet because it is still being reviewed. It may not be put out here because I had absolutely NOTHING good to say about my experience at that dealership. HOWEVER, I do have a little more to offer regarding the relatively new CEO of Jeep-Mr. Christian Meunier. I’ve read he is known for his bluntness. That’s a good thing because I am the same way. He is working on a project that will be introducing ELECTRIC Jeeps (different models) that should be available in 2024. With our economy as it is, he’s got to be out of his mind. Batteries for an electric car cost anywhere from $4,000.00 to as much as $20,000.00 depending on the type of electric car you have. Electric batteries are reported to last 15 to 20 years or 100,000 to 200,000 miles. An electric car may just be what some people need IF THEY NEVER DRIVE IT. It doesn’t take any time to put 100,000 + miles on a car. My neighbor is a mechanic and has been for 25 years. He is currently employed at a shop containing 16 lifts – all of which are full. Two of those lifts are occupied by electric cars with bad batteries. The owners have abandoned those cars due to the ridiculous price of the battery. This situation is not uncommon in our country. I don’t think Mr. Meunier is concerned about selling any in our country. His plan is to sell them in other countries and he does reside in the Netherlands. All I can say about that is good luck. All of that wasted money could’ve been used to make the current Jeeps better. So sad.
i’ve been waiting for 6 months for car parts. this is last jeep i will ever buy
Hello Connie,
Same here but in may it will be a year and the dealership I purchased my jeep from has been absolutely no help nor the owner.
I purchased a brand new jeep with only approx. 20 miles on it and have had problems since day 1. I asked if they could swap out my jeep since it was faulty at purchase everyone from the owner of the dealership, to jeep wave the General Manager and I have been dismissed
Currently seeking other measures to handle the dealership and jeep
Sorry to hear everyone is having such a difficult time
I have emailed everyone – Jeep Wave
I’ll never buy another jeep after this experience. I’ve never even had a restaurant experience this bad. Management does not care nor will respond. Horrible company and I do not see how they do not even make the effort to satisfy their customers. I haven’t even gotten just a simple apology in the 3 times I’ve had to take my car back within the last 2 months
I have been a long time consumer of Chrysler. Even passed on cars to my family and friends. Now that im older I wanted to try Jeep. I feel scammed from the sales staff playing games with paperwork and now having a lemon. It has tainted my years of trust. So disappointed and getting nonstop runaround from customer service and dealership is worst! Questions company ethics
As a long-term Jeep owner, I have been treated like CRAP by your dealership here in Brighton, Colorado, why should I buy a new Jeep from you when I get treated this way… I absolutely hate being called “Sir” by your representatives as a 62-year-old woman…
Why should I buy another Jeep?
