I recently purchased a philips hair straightner from Myntra. At the time of purchase, I read the return procedures and it is mentioned below the description ‘Hassle free 15 days return’. Now I want to return the product as the quality of the product is not as I expected. Your customer service team is creating a lot of hassle for me. They need images, I have sent them all images that are required. Again without even checking the images, they are asking for images again. You can check my transactions how many item I ordered from Myntra, but after this service I’m not going to order anything more and also I will share feedback on all social media platforms about the false advertisement of ‘hassle free returns policy’.

I am writing today to complain of the poor product I received from MINTRA . I ordered a men white and red striped casual shirt of mast and harbour which was missing the process tag. I tried to file a complaint against it but the customer service was very poor and not at all satisfactory. It a customer is trusting the company then the company should also trust the customer. Administration of Myntra has dead i feel. No one is working. Read below story.
Myntra november delivering a parcels .And one product puma gray shoes
returned to myntra by me .. I had called customer care and raise complaint . After subsequent call , They are saying client has declined . All Managers are saying Lie. No one showing interest to solve the issue. i have sent emails to [email protected] but no one has responded yet. Finally i’m writing email to CEO of Myntra . I will explain them in detail how they are spoiling indian Online market.
100 times called customer care No one has ready to give specific answers..i have recorded all conversion. i Believe No managers are working in Myntra. None of them owning the responsibility. Many mails has sent but None of manager responding. For me more than product i’m worry how to stop further cheating to the public from Myntra. This is my last mail to you regarding my concern which I have order from Myntra in November 2020 for gifting purpose.

This is with regards the return id 4141323590, I had returned all the products of this brand because their origin was China. The products were unopened. However all the products refund have been initiated excepting one which has been collected, but put on hold for return without giving me a reason. I have tried contacting myntra on the designated number, which turns out to be an invalid number. Everytime I write a message I am asked to chose for arrange a call back which also is not available.
This is an unfair trade practice on part of myntra , harassing the consumer by withholding the amount for a product which already has been collected.
After several attempts via myntra this is another way I trying. I hope my issue gets resolved soon, on contrary would follow the legal consequences.

This is to bring to your notice that I am a regular customer of Myntra and have been shopping through this site a lot. But of late your team has started cheating n harassing me by putting false allegations and rejecting my return requests of a few products which I did not like and placed a return request for.
I returned 2 products which I did not like either due to size issue or design pattern and your team rejected my request stating that the products were not in good condition/dirty. I wonder how did the products become dirty when I just opened them from the packets and saw they were not appropriate for me and put those back in the packet. The tags and bills all were intact.
The only inference I could make out of this whole episode is that your team is trying to force their innocent customers to keep the products even if the customer isn’t satisfied. It is done by making the products dirty after receiving it back from the customer.
This is not ethical and is totally unacceptable. You should immediately look into the matter and stop your team from harassing customers.
I wish I never used this site for shopping. Going forward this will be my opinion for Myntra and I will surely not recommend anybody for shopping on Myntra.

Dear Sir,
I am sorry to inform you that I have my Account with Myntra from its starting days and have happily made purchases so long but as I am having a problem and your Customer Service is not resolving the issue, I had no other option but to write to you.
I had a Gift Card No. 6001220036095390 which was expiring on 3/10/2020, but on 19/8/2020, I received an e-mail (refer trailing e-mail) from [email protected] that due to Covid situation, Myntra is extending my Gift Card for 90 days i.e till 1/1/2021. But when I tried to purchase in November’2020, I found that Myntra is not allowing me to use the Gift Card as its previous expiry date was 3/10/2020. This is very shocking. If I would not have received the Gift Card extension e-mail, I would have purchased it within 3/10/2020 only.
I have already made 2 complaints (Com No. IN20112812013964013663 on 28/11/2020 & IN20121513034604584192 on 15/12/2020) but my problem is not yet resolved. Please take necessary action so that I can use my Gift Card before 1/1/2021 and keep faith on Myntra or get the same amount returned in my Myntra Credit. Rs. 1000 is not a matter of joke that I can let it go like that. Please understand my problem and resolve the matter.

Hi Sir, I am Viren Makwana. I am a regular customer of myntra. I have purchased a lot of items from your site so far. And I prefer to buy things from mytra. Last November I ordered a jacket, the details of which I have attached below. When I ordered the jacket, everyone in my circle of friends also ordered the cheap jacket, but I ordered an expensive and good jacket from your site. This time I had a bad experience. The jackets of those who ordered cheap jackets with me are in the same condition and if I ordered good jackets then you can see the condition of my jackets. Right now I am feeling remorse. It would have been nice if I had taken the same jacket. There was no benefit in spending more money. This year too I had to take a jacket. And besides, neither jacket I wore. Sir, my issue is not resolved since 1.5 month.I have received a wrong product, I’ve ordered jeans and received curtains which is unfair and breaking the wall of trust between the customer and Myntra.
Inspite of my oral and written assurances no action has been taken against it. Everytime the customer support says to wait for 24 hrs and these 24hrs. Are not getting over from 1 month. I am very much disappointed from Myntra and not expected this at all.
Now only option is, I should forward the issue to consumer court .
Hope you will take a strict action against this.
