I have order Men Home Corded Hair Cut Clipper 09243-4724 Black and order no-1151735-1209851-6515401 and I have received the product delivery 2 day late and product was in damage condition. I have share all the image of damage product and create incident ID-IN20092018375800892901 on 19-09-2020 but till yet I have not received any update on it.
I am getting excuse from your end that your team will give me update in 24 hours but till yet no update from your support team.
It’s been 7 days has passed. Why am I not getting any revert on email on damage product replacement? Why it’s taking a lot of time? Where is the investigation of the damage product incident reached? When I will get resolution and when I will get product replacement?
Why are you guys giving me the same statement from the last 7 days that the team will update you in 24 hours but till yet I have not received any update…answer me.

i placed a order of two products on 04-july’18 order no.1082580-5998016-3806901 through advance payment. On 11-jul’18 i received a delivery confirmation message but not the product immediately i called to customer care of Myntra they confirmed me i will get my product next.

Myntra now days delivering empty parcels particularly whichever non-returnable products. Please don’t buy anything from Myntra. They are minting honest ppl money. Even if place order choose cash on delivery option. By Mistake also don’t prepaid (before delivery of product). I’m telling you guys my recent bad experience with Myntra. I recently placed an order of Photron Bluetooth Wireless headphone on June 24th and it got delivered on 1st July with empty parcel box. When i asked delivery boy he is not ready to take it back(unfortunately it is prepaid) and then immediately I had called customer care and raise complaint . After subsequent call , They are saying client has declined . All Managers are saying Lie. No one showing interest to solve the issue. i have sent emails to [email protected] but no one has responded yet. Finally i’m writing email to CEO of Myntra and WALL-MART. I will explain them in detail how they are spoiling indian Online market.
100 times called customer care No one has ready to give specific answers..i have recorded all conversion. i Believe No managers are working in Myntra. None of them owning the responsibility.
