In 2007 they both decided to quit their job at Amazon to launch their own venture.

Sachin wanted to start a price comparison platform, but the dismal scope of online retail business in India forced him to give up on the idea. Instead he introduced Flipkart as a digital bookstore.   2. Flipkart is not delivering my products and delaying further, delivery partner is useless and least bothered. Looks like if I choose cash on delivery they will deliver it fast as I feel Flipkart is not paying their vendors, delivery partners timely.Cheap customer care, nobody has any information and when I ask for their manager they say there is no manager. How can a company run customer care without escalation managers? I am working in IT and I know how it works. Need help on the products, amazon is far better and I will never ever order anything on flipkart
