Before reading your political message that focuses ENTIRELY on ONLY one race – black associates, black customers, black communities – we were loyal customers at all your stores – TJMaxx, Homegoods, Marshalls. You effectively ignore and silence the suffering of ALL other races and presume to think only ONE race suffers. Walk a mile in our shoes. Admittedly, we’re poor whites and not filthy rich like you, Ernie Herrman, but whites, Hispanics, Asians should NOT be silenced and many are afraid to speak up. You’re ramping up racism to promote 1 group and silence other groups. And you promote an ugly sense of entitlement. You won’t read about our step brother’s murder or the slaughter of cops on the front page news so you’ll have to search deeper to learn about their suffering. Read about the long odds facing Anglos and Asians to enter law school, med school, scholarships, work study programs, etc. Respect the suffering of ALL races and research MUCH DEEPER on this issue before you publish such racist remarks that only one race suffers.
Hi
I am writing to you please this letter of complaint due to a bible that happened to me
With an order from Sierra. I can not get any senior contact at Sierra
I have already sent them five unanswered emails
I talked to you in chat there is no answer they can not help me
I spoke in a phone call from Israel to their service center, they did not help me
There was an error in the order I placed
When it arrived in the country the amount of the order was different
The original amount is $ 73.96 plus $ 50 shipping
In the paperwork of the order I received a sum of $ 80.96
Of course due to the change in price I am required to pay taxes
That I did not have to pay because my order is below the tax payment limit
It is also possible that inside the package there are products that I did not order
I do not know this because I did not receive the package
According to the document attached to the package in the shipment, there is an error
At the price of the panties I ordered
I ordered two packages for $ 12.99
And another one for $ 10.99
And another one for $ 7.99
And shoes for $ 29
But in an invoice sent to me through the shipping company
There are four packages for $ 12.99
And shoes for $ 29
I enclose with you the documents sent to me from the shipping company
Also I still want my package after the mistake has been corrected
Thank you
I wonder if donation funds are turned over to appropriate organizations.
Do something about the store’s high interest credit card. Perhaps if the card had a less interest rate of 29%, customers would consider applying. Sometimes, customers take the time to sign up and get nothing in return, perhaps we should offer a 10% discount for just applying. I get anxiety with the stress of trying to have customers apply for the credit card.
I don’t care anymore! #getmonkeyCECofmyback.
We do offer a 10% discount if they qualify. Tjmaxx credit is in l9ne with other cards in regards to the interest rate. If customers pay off the balance before the 30 days, there is no interest.
Karen and Susan I am with you both. Enough of this nonsense. Why don’t they give monies to the homeless in this country?
You just lost a faithful customer as you HAD to make a political statement. I feel bad as well about George Floyd, but he was a thug! The racial injustice is against white and conservatives who fought to keep everyone free! It is a shame when a criminal is all the black people have to look up to. HE is NO Martin Luther King! I hope you suffer a sever backlash, as why should you survive when many businesses, black and white will never make it.? I loved your stores and now I will make a stand as to NEVER shop at Homegoods and TJM again.
Thank you Susan for saying exactly what I was going to say. I will NEVER shop at Marshalls, TJ Maxx, or Home Goods again! And I am not one of those people who just say something and forget later and will return, I will NEVER shop at any of your stores again! I am ashamed at the way people are buckling and rewarding this outrageous behavior! Shame on you Ernie Hermann and others like you. I’m tired of the double standards and it needs to end.
Karen and Susan I do not think you will be missed at any of their stores. We see through your words, lets hope neither of you or your family members suffer any sort of injustice, Karma as a way of coming around it may take a generation to get there but it gets there.
Stay informed ladies.
This company cares about not stepping in rioting toes. In fact, this doesn’t give a poop about their Associates. I worked 13 years for Marshalls and te company couldn’t as much as let me keep my deserved Retiree’s discount. I guess that is only for True full-time retirees. Managers treat us Associates like crap and we get candy as a reward for getting a customer to sign up for a TJX credit card. The best move I made is leaving this joke of a company. I even delayed my last day to help out with the Inventory count. Thanks alot, will never work here again.
