  1. If I had to order something and delivered I will not go through door dash. Something is wrong with the company. Once you put your credit card number in you can’t delete it out and people have hacked my account and tried to use it about 10 times ihad to cancel my card 3 times and the credit card company had to cancel door dash in all for the hacking to stop. NO GOOD I will never order anything with door dash again and they never gave me my money back. It’s been 4 months ago. I give up

  2. Today I wa having issues with the door dash platform. I called in regarding the concerns. I got home and checked my earnings and ratings. I noticed that my completion rate went down 1 percent and i did not receive some of my earns. I called customer service who never have any respect on the phone. I wasted 1 hour of my time having to prove to them that I completed the order. Customer Service even called the person who placed the order, and she told them I delivered the food. I asked for compensation for the time they wasted as I was eating my dinner to defend myself for a few dollars. Time is precious and that is time I will never get back. Tony Xu you got to do better than this.

  3. Order # DDH020622608220

I just want Mr. Xu to know what is going on with his company from a New Dasher’s viewpoint. Last week in one day I made my first of 6 deliveries. The very first order was a stacked order. (Stressful)

Feeling a sense of accomplishment I went home and online to the Doordash store for a look-see. Finding numerous items to make a better more professional appearance for the company as a proud ambassador, I purchased $57.00 worth of merchandise.

Several hours later I find an email from Doordash Store that was delivered to my in-box email. The email stated two items were out of stock and expected to be back in stock on 02/19/2022. At that time my order would be shipped. I was not too happy about that but what could I do.

The same day I checked my online bank account and the Doordash store had removed the $57.00 from my account without shipping anything.

I thought about it for a couple of days and the more I thought about it the more I was upset and just decided to contact the Doordash store for a refund. Only to find out that there was no phone number to contact them. You were only able to contact them thru email. I did so, stating I wanted a refund. I was never contacted to this day by anyone from the Doordash store regarding my requests for order cancellation.

I on 02/12/2022 phoned Customer care DoorDash and had the customer service person escalate my request to a higher-up Escalation # 291025665.

I’m a firm believer that if one does not know something is broken they can’t fix it. So this letter should be shared with CEO Tony Xu. In an attempt to fix the broken system. You’d have more diligent dashers if you were to get more directly involved with the company and the people that help make you your millions. The Overture company is a black eye to DoorDash. That’s all I have to say. I called the company and they didn’t even answer the phone.

    1. I’m always trying to call corporate but instead I’m being hung up on the workers they have are disrespectful and rude. I agree the ceo should be more in tuned to who he hires. Alot of us thinks the same but nothing always happens but when get sent around wasting our time and gas money
