  1. The GM rewards card program is deceiving. I have bought numerous Chevy cars and am very pleased with them over the years. Now I have discovered I cannot use my total rewards to buy a new vehicle. They limit the amount and they now have different types of reward cards that some can and others can’t use the full amount of what is earned on the card. I have been a loyal customer over the years and this changes my choice of buying a Chevy. Very disappointed!

  2. I have always been a GM auto guy since I was 16 years. Today, I am very disappointed in GM vehicles. They all look the same, Bla looking, no chrome, usually just white, black, silver on the dealer lots with the odd other color thrown in. You cannot tell a GM vehicle from a Foreign vehicle.
The prices are out of control and manufacturing the vehicles so most individuals cannot work on them forcing you to take them to a Dealership or Auto Centre repair place. Very disappointing.

  3. As is the norm for our large corporations in todays world, GM has decided that free speech is not a matter that deserves our utmost respect. If free speech not a problem with GM, they should offer their reasoning behind suspending their advertising with Twitter after Elon Musk bought the company. Why did this happen if it was not a political statement? I have no use for a corporation that decides that free speech for the masses has no merit. We don’t all make 25 to 30 million dollars a year (which is ridiculous) as do the ceos of these large corporations and so it is imperative that we have access to the truth so that we make knowledgeable financial and life decisions for our families and our country. I have always been a Chevy fan and have always had a GM product in our driveway; but after seeing that GM has a blatant disregard for our 1st Amendment there will never be another one in our driveway. This CEO should run for office if she wants to be in politics. We have 3 boys and they feel the same way. If you can relate please do what I’m doing and don’t do any more business with people that refuse to respect your GOD given rights.

  4. I’ve recently learned that employees with an entire career at GM, do not receive a farewell letter expressing appreciation for their years of service. This is deplorable behavior by a company that would not have survived the tumult of the bankruptcy without the sacrifice of a management staff who lost a tremendous amount by the Board accepting the deal negotiated with former President Obama.

My grandfathers, a grandmother, all my uncles & aunts, my husband & son -all worked tirelessly, loyally & sacrificed family time to do their jobs!

It is an embarrassment to me & my family that the office of the President & CEO has dispensed with this time-honored ritual of showing gratitude to the contribution made by retiring employees!

  5. I need to talk to Mary Barra about the unfair and dishonest treatment that GM financial is giving me.
Plse also give me her email contact.
    Thank you.
P.S. I’m trying to avoid bad press on the issue.
    I’m a GM shareholder

  6. My name is Zameen Kadir, my entire family (from 1963-present) from to 3rd generation have been purchasing GMC vehicles, from cars, trucks mini vans to Escalades. I never experienced any problems with none of my prior vehicles, even my 2004 Escalade, but I am very miserable, unhappy with the services, Barry Cullen and their services and GMC replies to my 2012 Escalade. I took a loan from the bank to purchase my 2012 Escalade and VERY EMBARRASED, ASHAMED to have anyone as a passenger because I spend thousands of dollars to get extended warranty and never get to used it because the BUMPER TO BUMPER COVERAGE did not take in effect, I had to spend my own pocket money for any services to my Escalade, the RADIO DOESN’T WORK, NO VOLUME, NO NAVIGATION SYSTEM, NO SPEAKERS, ETC. again the warranty does not cover none of these. When I send an email to the president in Canada, they block me from sending any email
